  We have been here for 3 nights now (unfortunately still have one more night at this hotel) and there are two dudes that sit outside in the pavilion/pool area and drink ALL day long right outside our bedroom window!!! They start their loud music, WITH A SPEAKER, at 9am and we can see them with their coolers drinking. When we leave in the morning to take our 3-year-old somewhere, they’re drinking. When we get back in the evening with our child, they’re STILL out there with loud music and drinking. We have told the manager EVERY SINGLE NIGHT when we get back in the evenings that we can hear their music, their loud drunken talking, and their laughing. This goes until past 11pm!!!! The manager has only ever told them to just turn their music down and talk quieter, which we all know is impossible for drunk people. They drink ALL DAY EVERY DAY on the hotel property in a common area that disturbs all the other guests. The manager yesterday even said “oh yeah, the police had to come the other day cuz they had some incident.” WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO LET THESE PEOPLE USE YOUR PAVILION AS THEIR PERSONAL PARTY CLUB?????!!!!?! Why are you ok with people who literally have been drinking in your pavilion ALL DAY for multiple days in a row and not shut this down?!?! Next. The first night we got here there were hairs all over the bathroom floor AND in the shower. We politely asked that night if our bathroom could please be cleaned the next day. We come back the next night after being out and…there’s still hair. We have told the manager EVERY night since we’ve been here specifically that there is hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and if it could please be cleaned. We are on day THREE of asking this and the bathroom has still not been cleaned. Lastly, our room’s phone to the front desk stopped working so the past two nights we have had to go all the way to the front desk to request the bathroom be cleaned and for them to please shut down the party happening outside our window, which neither has still come to fruition. If this was a Motel 6, I could understand, but we are paying too much money to have to experience this. We got this hotel so we could have a separate bedroom and be able to make some of our meals, but we would never stay here again.

  This is a really good Hotel for the price really surprised. The bed is like falling into a cloud. Friendly staff, pet friendly. Only issue I had was the toilet seat likes to poke my butt cheeks, but I am a big guy so I will give them a pass. They also have a public grill, and pool.

  This location has really went down. The maintenance guy is very unpleasant to be around and unsafe. I have seen him go into others room as soon as they leave for outings. I am sure there wasn't a work order processed either. Nancy is very unprofessional and rude. She appears to hate her job and the guest.

  The housekeeping staff cannot speak English. We requested towels and other items for the room, but they did not understand the request. The room had an odor and was very unclean. It's like they rushed to put the next person in without sanitizing. Very suspicious folks staying there (male loud and drunk every day) I was switched to two different rooms due to uncleanliness. The front desk staff was very nice, except for one aggressive female who works during the daytime front desk Hispanic. Overly priced for little service. Be mindful they only clean every 7 days. They still will not clean the room at that point
