I would have rather slept on the side walk we paid for the king room with the couch that pulls out into a bed and cost over $170 the king bed was seriously hard as a rock and the rooms are not very clean, I thought this was supposed to be a holiday inn, this will definitely make me question picking a holiday inn again… WOW SERIOUSLY AMAZED HOW HORRIBLE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ESPECIALLY FOR WHAT IT COST!!! Never again.. I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE AND I AM A BUSINESS OWNER MY SELF..

I asked and said why are you being rude she said I don’t have an attitude. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I would not go to this place, she was very rude and she doesn’t need to be in the front office answering phones obviously.
- JSJake SchauerApr 5, 20263.0Before I rant... the staff was pleasant, helpful, and fast. No issues there. The problem is with the owners, I guess. The property has an overall run-down feel to it. Lots of little things (plumbing that didn't quite work right, scary sounding elevators, dings and dents painted over but not repaired, etc). Beds are ridiculously hard, OUCH! The "indoor" pool is VERY disappointing! The hot tub has been bricked over and looks sloppy, it is poorly maintained and had a dingy and dirty appearance. It is only technically "indoors" as it has grates instead of windows. It is NOT heated! Very disappointing for, what i thought, was a good name brand hotel.
