- RLRon Licari5 days ago5.0This hotel was amazing I was here for a work trip ended up staying for 5 weeks. The front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were great with a small kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out every night. Laundry , gum and pool area were always clean. Breakfast in the mornings was a little to be desired after the first week but hey it’s free.

- CSChris SynNov 2, 20253.0Large room with 2 queen beds plus a sofa that can convert to a bed. Has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, and cutlery and tableware. Rooms are quiet. Check in and out smooth and fast. Location - Texas being Texas, everything is big. So is no where near town. Getting there was a1 hot driver from Houston IAH airport. It's a good place to stay if the intent is to go to the Sam Houston State University which is minutes away by driving. Anywhere else, you may need to drive a long way. At least beside you by walking there is Target, Kroger, Walmart, and several good outlets. Breakfast was a disappointment though. Only 2 types of slice cheese, beef burger, chicken fillet, self-made waffles, eggs, and some cereals. Juice machine was dispensing only water. Free flow coffee and water dispenser at hotel lobby. Overall reasonable value.

When I called to inquire about it I was told 3rd party vendors sometimes overbooked. But when you check today's prices versus 3 weeks ago I now see why I was canceled. Never again will I attempt to Patton this establishment
