- BRBranston RushDec 27, 20253.0Stayed 12/24/25-12/26/25 in room 204 which ironically had been posted here on Google review 2 days prior showing the same broken mirror, not removed or replaced. Despite management replying back to the previous customer that they would handle the matter. During my stay I experienced a lack of customer service. Not poor or bad, but no enthusiasm or smiles. No greetings when coming & going or during breakfast. I am not sure of the layout in other rooms but the king suite with dishwasher etc. has horrible bathroom space for the toilet & door itself. The restroom is pretty cramped with the design layout compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The bed is awfully firm. Do not stay here if you have a bad back or do not like firm beds. I should have booked next door at Fairfield. A bit cheaper with a better breakfast & better rooms.

- JAJesse ArellanoDec 23, 20251.0My stay was a disaster. Before I went to sleep, I pulled the sheets back and noticed the sheets were used and seen facial hair by the pillow area. I reported the issue to the front desk and “Valerie” was not simplistic about my situation. I was given fresh sheets and asked to fix the bed myself. The mirror in the room was broken and I was told the hotel was aware of it. Bad service and quality of rooms. Pictures don’t lie, run.
- SBStephanie BensionNov 30, 20255.0Clean, very spacious rooms like all Home 2 Suites. Great location, right next to a Kroger and shopping center, plenty of food options within a few miles. I had an extended stay for a work trip, and really appreciated the help of Natasha and Jackson at the front desk. They were both always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of my questions/requests. Housekeeping was prompt & thorough, leaving my room refreshed without disturbing my personal items. My only complaint (and it’s a personal preference), was having a large dog in the room above me during a portion of my stay. If you’re sensitive to noise, like me, I would choose the highest floor. They also have quiet hours around 9/10pm until the morning, and that helped. I used the laundry room once, and the machines did great for my clothes, although you will need to source quarters off property. I got mine at the nearby HEB customer service center. Overall, a great place to stay, would visit again!
