  Rooms were awesome, clean and quite. Bathroom was also awesome and clean. The continental breakfast delicious and had a lot of variety. There were lot good restaurants close by. Only concern, which is why I'm giving 4 star on service is because two big white towels in the bathroom had big holes in them and should have thrown out. Otherwise, overall experience was great.

  I have been going there since it first opened. I enjoyed going there but when they told me that Emilee no longer working there. it's not the same because she had great customer service, friendly and I enjoy talking to her. this time front desk people they are not friendly and some of them don't have good customer service skills. I never have problems with housekeeping forward. have house feed opening the door without knocking it happened to me twice. The front desk does not communicate with housekeeping and my guests is doing stay over. never had that problem before.

  Excellent customer service front desk and excellent job management did a great job hosting us plenty of places to eat in plenty of parking

  Had a great stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton - Huntsville. Clean and modern!!! The front desk staff Jaxon is very nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

  Stayed 12/24/25-12/26/25 in room 204 which ironically had been posted here on Google review 2 days prior showing the same broken mirror, not removed or replaced. Despite management replying back to the previous customer that they would handle the matter. During my stay I experienced a lack of customer service. Not poor or bad, but no enthusiasm or smiles. No greetings when coming & going or during breakfast. I am not sure of the layout in other rooms but the king suite with dishwasher etc. has horrible bathroom space for the toilet & door itself. The restroom is pretty cramped with the design layout compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The bed is awfully firm. Do not stay here if you have a bad back or do not like firm beds. I should have booked next door at Fairfield. A bit cheaper with a better breakfast & better rooms.
