- PMPaul MillsJan 1, 20261.0Not impressed, wouldn't recommend or stay there again. Checked in, got luggage in the room, started unpacking, realized refrigerator didn't work. The freezer compartment had so much ice buildup, that the refrigerator door wouldn't shut. Got a new room and moved belongings. Multiple pieces of furniture in the room were broken. Furniture upholstery and carpet stained and dirty. Overall appearance of the hotel was dirty, needing updates and repairs. Fitness center didn't have 25 or 30 pound dumbbells. Spoke to the manager about this, initial response was, aren't there other weights you can use? Manager was apparently unfamiliar with using weights to exercise with. Manager didn't indicate that those were going to be replaced, instead just stated that's the equipment that's available. The weight set is missing two frequently used sets of weights, it's the same as being broken and it should be fixed. Observe kitchen staff emptying trash can, not changing their gloves and then servicing the food. Spoke to Holiday inn concerning these issues, was told I would be getting 10k points to compensate for these issues. Haven't received those as of yet. Have contacted customer service again

- KSKevin StevensDec 26, 20254.0We did not stay at this hotel, but we did use the EV charging station. This was our second time charging here, and we love it. The employees are very friendly, and they even offer free cookies. My son was so excited, and the cookies were freshly made. If you need a hotel in this area, I would definitely recommend this one. If they treat people using the charging station this well, I can only imagine how great they are with their hotel guests.
- JLJeff LakeDec 16, 20253.0The rooms need to be updated. It looks like it has been awhile since they have been done. The furniture and the bathrooms are showing wear and tear and age. If you don't have a charging cube for your electronic equipment, phones, pads, watches, etc you're not going to get them charged. The front desk staff was busy eating pizza while I checked in and seemed disturbed that I was slowing them down. I did observe that the hotel staff parked their vehicles in the closest spots to the front door. They even parked in the driveway right in front of the door. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The assortment varied a little each day. Snacks, light meals and beverages are available 24/7 next to the front desk, for a nominal charge.
