    its ok but very over priced. I had a bottle of perfume I forgot in my room. I went back and was told "yes we have it,the maintenance lady has it on her cart. the maintenance lady said no she had no idea what I was talking about" it was a Christmas get that was special to me. very disappointing!! do better best western.

    Staff was very nice and friendly. The front desk clerk was super helpful and efficient. The rooms were very accessible and clean. Would highly recommend this place to other customers.

    Overall it was awesome once the manager Shanda and clerk Crystal (Rocio) made the experience much much better.. thank you ladies.. your professionalism is outstanding.. Im a loyal customer always..

    Okay for the price, but: 1. Commode did not flush without manual intervention. Front office person showed us how to take off of the lid and shake something until it refilled. 2. Breakfast was edible, but weak for this type of hotel. Also, no decaf coffee. 3. After breakfast (7:45 AM) our room keys would no longer work. We had to go to the office to get back into our room. 4. Employees were nice. 5. Walking to the room for 1st time, there were lots of people outside of their rooms just talking with many smoking. They scare my wife who went & locked our doors. I think they were just people who were temporarily worked close, just hanging out. Our room did not smell of smoke. 6. The bathroom door would not "click" shut. No matter what you did it would open up 2 to 3 inches. Very little privacy. 7. Otherwise, fairly normal low budget hotel.

    This place is worn out but clean and tidy. Heaters and air conditioners. Don't work. No elevator. Price is cheap enough and that's good, but if you're looking for a nice stay this is not the place. If you have a work crew in the area and want a place to put them up it is fine. Owners are doing their best to keep it running.
