- YOYesenia OconOct 30, 20235.0The rooms in this hotel are exceptionally clean. This hotel is the tidiest Surestay/Best Western hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. We stayed with points last night which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Check in was fast, and breakfast was great. They have waffles, bacon, sausage, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, and pasties. During breakfast I noticed they have a server checking the availability of the food constantly which is amazing. You don’t have to ever ask for anything. I have never seen that in any other best western hotel before. The hospitality staff is so kind at this hotel. The location is gated and the hotel does have security cameras. They are also very reasonably priced, We have booked a 5 day stay for Christmas as well.

The staff when I checked in in the evening and out in the morning were so extremely friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the Houston area. I was here for work and a coworker had the catalytic converter stolen off his truck while he was at hotel in Houston (not this one) a few weeks ago. However, I felt pretty safe leaving my car in the parking lot. They have a bunch of cameras set up and a big TV behind the counter that shows the live feeds. Overall a great stay!
