  Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! We were absolutely appalled by our stay at the SureStay Plus by Best Western in Humble. From the moment we walked in, this hotel proved to be a complete disaster. We had booked our reservation through a third-party app, and when we arrived, I was shocked to find that the hotel charged us AGAIN for the room despite the fact that our payment had already been processed. This type of double charge is not only completely unacceptable but also incredibly frustrating. We spent multiple minutes trying to resolve this issue, and no one seemed to care about our concerns. But the nightmare didn’t stop there. When we arrived, we were greeted by the night attendant, who acted as if we had just woken her up from a deep sleep. It was late, but there’s absolutely no excuse for how rude and unprofessional she was. She barely acknowledged us, had zero manners, and clearly didn’t want to be there. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, including other Best Western properties, and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. We expected at least a basic level of hospitality, but we received none. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. We have stayed at numerous Best Western locations in the past, and have had positive experiences, but this place is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. The lack of care and professionalism from both the staff is staggering. Save yourself the headache and frustration — DO NOT book this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that will treat you with the respect and courtesy you deserve. I will never stay at a SureStay property again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this one as well.

  Request for top floor away from highway traffic was honored. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. Husband had to purchase memory foam topper to make the stay bearable. Front desk personal, Jazzy/Jacklyn said that all of the rooms have the same mattress & would not accommodate request for another room. Will book at another hotel for future stays.
