As soon as you enter the lobby is welcoming and decorated. Staff made everything super easy. Going up to the room the elevator smelled good and the stainless steel was polished. The hallways were super clean and no smell was noticed. Inside the room smelled like fresh linen and was full of everything we needed. I will be coming back to this chain and if I’m in Houston this location. It is very close to stores, CVS, IAH, and restaurants.

The breakfast and social hours are an added bonus. There's even on-site security to prevent car break ins which has been happening a lot in Houston hotels. This will be my choice of hotel anytime I come back into town.
