    Reserved a stay on points for two nights around 7 pm and received a cancellation notice around 9 pm saying the hotel is fully booked. Checking the Hilton app showed the hotel had rooms available still even after my cancellation. No follow up on rebooking me nearby just a cancellation notice.

    Staying here for 3 nights, on night 1 and night 2, no hot water, they are aware of the situation but don't appear to want to fix it properly. Not impressed with this Hampton Inn. We'll see about night #3

    Only one night at this hotel and first you can’t sleep a lot of noise .. Second there are some thief’s in the area they broke in to my truck and broke the window stole many tools

    Stayed two nights at this Hampton Inn and was disappointed by multiple quality and operational issues that added up to a poor experience. Breakfast food was stale, the bathroom lacked effective ventilation, and the shower head was loose. Towels were low quality and only two bath towels and two washcloths were provided for two guests, which is below what I typically expect at a Hampton Inn. The room temperature fluctuated significantly overnight, becoming very cold and then overly warm, which disrupted sleep. The in-room refrigerator had no interior light, and fire safety devices in the room were not clearly marked or labeled. Most frustrating were repeated room key failures. One key expired early during the stay, and on the morning of checkout both keys stopped working around 7:30 AM despite checkout being at 11:00 AM. The front desk attempted to fix the issue, but the keys still did not function afterward, raising concerns about reliable access to the room and personal belongings. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but together they point to lapses in maintenance, housekeeping oversight, and front desk operations. This was not the level of consistency I expect from the Hampton brand.
