  Stayed here due to a missed United connection. Seemed like an okay hotel at first, the lady at the front desk was very kind and the shuttle bus is on a good schedule. Although when we got to the room, we were surprised to see tiny square pillows - one of which had a mold spot on the pillow (not the case). This was alarming and as I inspected the room the situation got worse. This place is absolutely infested with mold, to an honestly intoxicating extent. The bed, mirror frame, paintings, and furniture all have black mold spots (black mold is one of the most toxic verities). Furthermore, I also discovered a lady bug infestation in my room (harmless bug but still a nuisance). At least there’s no bed bugs or cockroaches as far as I’ve seen… if I could make any recommendations it would be to bring back normal pillows, clean out the mold by fixing the source of the humidity/water leaks, and fumigate the whole place.

  Excellent location near the IAH airport and long-term parking lots. The rooms were recently renovated, but the floors were sticky, and the wooden blinds were not blackout, so the parking lot lights lit up the room for the entire night. We had a 6:50 flight, and breakfast started at 6:00 a.m., so we did not have any to-go breakfast options. The bathroom and bedding were very clean and obviously new. They offered a shuttle service, which nearby hotels advertise but do not offer. It is not perfect, but I will definitely stay here again. It is the best option offered nearby. Edit: I stayed here again. The elevator is inoperable. Breakfast is very limited and only from 0600-0800. Waffles, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, ceral, and yogurt. No fruit. The room at the back of the hotel is much darker than the front so if you want a darker room, request a room facing the back. Definitely the cleaner, safer hotel in the area. But not worthy of 5-stars.

  The lady who check us in was nice.and very polite. She gave us all a bottle water to go to bed with. The rooms had sticky floors, things walls that we could smell pot from room next door, buffet was not a buffet and food was gross and drinks were like sludge. There was no fresh fruit in the buffet and the offers were oatmeal or waffles. There is room for improvement

  Not the best, but most definitely not the worst! Good stay for the price-we rented 2 rooms for one night to be near the airport for an early flight. The stay was fine; the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. During the free breakfast, juice, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, and coffe was served. Nice/convenient stay for the price!
