  So the front desk staff is friendly. Ill start with that. I requested a new room for my problem. And got a little attitude, but a new room nonetheless. However. The issues are as follows. The entire room immediately smelled wet,musty,and moldy. For obvious reasons. No plastic shower curtains to hold the water in the shower. Caulking seam on the tub is bad.No caulking in the seam between shower panels. There is likely so much water in these walls and floors its absurd. Ac doesnt work right in the room. Mini fridge does not work and is thawed with a puddle of water in it. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing ive ever laid on. 0 out of 5

  When we got there we spoked to the guy at the front desk and booked the shuttle to the airport at 4:15 am , they told us to be there 15 mins earlier And when we got there the driver stopped by and told us I have room for only one person!!! I guess one of us was invisible when he booked the shuttle!!! We had to wait 45 mins for the shuttle !!

  Yes it was clean but the bed is encased in a plastic sleeve, with just a super thin sheet over the plastic - so it doesn’t breathe at all and you sweat all night long. That was miserable. Otherwise the rooms were clean. The location is questionable at best. The hotel “store” where you can buy snacks etc. was located behind the desk - I assume because of theft. There was also a big sign on the front desk that said “if you smell like weed then the shuttle to the airport will reject you” - common sense to most people but it shows what kind of crappy demographic you’re staying around - it’s like this at most of the airport centered hotels. The floors were greasy in the rooms (hardwoods). The place smelled like liquor.

  Management no cooperative! Desperate to earn money and ignores facts! double-booking on account of error in-spite of checking and sharing facts , not considered for refund! that shows cheap attitude! Stale breakfast and as good as no breakfast! Avoid! Complete False reply! All details with double booking are available.. they are conveniently ignored under big ticket items like policy... Totally non cooperative... Again breakfast standard is complete myth ...Stale food served ..

  First, expect a long wait time for the shuttle. I stayed for two days and used the shuttle service three times. Two of those times I waited ~40 minutes. The room was clean, but smelled musty and of mildew. Nothing too overwhelming, but the scent was there. I noticed some mold on the shower curtain. My biggest issue came on the second day. I asked and paid for ($30 charge) a late checkout for 1pm. The night before I was up through the night for work and I needed extra sleep. A few minutes past 11am (the traditional checkout time), a housekeeper started violently banging on my door. It woke me up. I explained to her that I paid for a late checkout. I fell back asleep and 20 minutes later, someone starts pounding on my door like my room is being raided by law enforcement. Again, it is housekeeping demanding in broken English that I leave my room. I call the front desk multiple times but the line is busy. I tell the housekeeper I’m supposed to checkout at 1pm. She leaves and a few minutes later another person bangs on the door, but when I answer there is no one there. Then about ten minutes later my phone rings—it’s the front desk very rudely telling me to leave because it’s not in the system that I paid for late checkout. I say I have proof and he should check again. He ultimately admits that I, indeed, paid for late checkout. An entire HOUR of the two extra hours i paid for was ruined. These folks terrorized me and treated me like a criminal for an hour over their mistake. I never received an apology, acknowledgment or any sort of compensation from the hotel. I will never stay here or any Best Western again. Also, the complimentary breakfast is a joke, even by hotel complimentary breakfast standards.
