- ARAlexander RamirezApr 24, 20261.0Too many things arent adding up with this hotel. First, the exterior is mediocre, but i wouldn’t mind it if the pricing made sense. I was trying to get a single bedroom with 2 beds and they were trying to charge a VARIABLE RATE for a 5 day stay ranging from $170-200 a night! i was trying to book 1 month in advance and this is the rate they are trying to charge for a VERY mediocre hotel. (I ended up reserving a beautiful holiday inn for $102 a night with a FIXED rate with the exact same amenities and much more decorated building, the pricing made much more sense here) believe me I dont mind a mediocre looking hotel, but this was comical how much they were trying to charge haha. instantly just walked out.

From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered provided nothing less than stellar customer service. Myyar, the General Manager, was exceptional. He personally made sure that our needs were met and truly exceeded our expectations. He and his team helped us navigate the city and even shared information about local events happening around Houston, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms had such a warm, comfortable, at-home feel that made it easy to relax after being out in the city. It’s clear that this location takes pride in both hospitality and guest experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston area. Outstanding service, welcoming staff, and a wonderful stay overall!

They served a basic complimentary breakfast as well and had social hour on the week Mon to Wed with different drink menu and appetizers served for guests 😉. Overall wonderful stay with many busines centres and food places nearby.
