  We were unsure of where we would stay in the area but found this hotel and we are very happy that we did. As soon as we went to check-in Cameron was the sweetest young man! He was the first person we met at the front desk and he started the weekend off great! The room was clean, well set up with everything you need. The pool was very clean. Parking is well lit and easy access to anything nearby. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was better than a lot of IHG hotels and we enjoyed what was offered. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will return to this hotel the next time we are in the area.

  Came to Houston to visit family. Stayed in the first floor and had a great first six days. On our final night discovered the bathroom was full of mold up in the top of the ceiling. I’m a diamond elite member and I travel a lot for work. This hotel is only two years old, but the vent in the bathroom acts like it never worked, and you can see how the moisture in the bathroom has warped the door I notified the staff and they gave me the email address for the general manager who I reached out to, but decided to ignore me. I wanted to handle this discreetly, but you left me no choice. The staff was great the morning. Breakfast was great. The facilities in the hotel are wonderful. But finding mold in my hotel room and later on having a deal with the respiratory infection because of that has very much soured me on this location. I strongly advise anybody staying here to do a thorough inspection of your bathroom area to make sure there’s not mold growing in the ceiling

  Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and lots to eat/do nearby. First time staying at Staybridge but definitely won’t be my last! Looking forward coming back!

  I was super disappointed in this hotel. We were here for a baseball tournament and spent hundreds of dollars, along with booking our entire team here. We were told there was “quiet time” in the hotel and we were not allowed outside and were told the lobby was closed. We paid money to stay in a hotel and did not appreciate being strong armed and threatening to stay in our rooms. If you participate as a hotel, hosting teams for a baseball tournament, expect actual baseball families and kids in your hotel. Claiming there is “quiet time” is ridiculous. Your staff is disrespectful and rude. Do NOT stay here.
