  I have came to this hotel multiple times for confrences and it does not disapoint, everything is on points polite guest workers great amenities and wonderful clean and comfy beds. 10/10 WOULD Recomend

  The location is next to NRG stadium and convention center, enjoyed stay, morning breakfast and coffee!

  The best hotel experience in Houston . The room was a suite. The bed was to die for. Only 1 BIG complaint on room is POOR LIGHTING . There are lots of light sources, but very dim. You cannot see to put on makeup or fix hair. If they fix that....5 Star hotel. Employees made us feel at home. A very nice free buffet breakfast that has a carbonated soft drink machine with that wonderful tiny chipped ice. Had my DR. Pepper fix . OH my goodness..they also serve free dinner Monday thru Wednesday with free wine and beer. We, like most there. Were in Houston for our Cancer appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital This fine hotel offers hourly free shuttle to the area Hospitals and clinics and when you get ready, call them and they come pick you up. I was there with my Autistic and handicapped daughter who has Cancer and broken feet. The shuttle staff were amazing , helping to load her and her huge heavy wheel Chair. God Bless them!!

  I was in Houston for a medical work up. My first impression wasn't great, as the rooms weren't ready at 3PM. I ended up storing my luggage behind the front desk and doing the shopping I needed to do at Target up the street. By the time I had returned just after 4 the room was ready. It was spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast with a fantastic selection of fresh fruit! Also, Monday they Wednesday they have a Social Hour. The night I could be there they had a taco bar and a selection of beer and wine. It was lovely. They also have a shuttle to the hospital complexes, which is lovely. I wasn't able to use it in the morning because my appointment times we at 6AM! (Service began at 6. But I don't hold that against anyone--6 is brutal!). I loved the full-sized fridge snd kitchenette--I had most of my meals in my room.

  Stayed just a night bit rooms were really outdated. The walls are so thin you can hear ppl walk in the hallway and car alarms in the parking lot. Not a great sleep at all
