    I stayed 5 nights with breakfast Room good Comfort good Bathroom good Elevator very slow Clean good Breakfast hot good not many options other than pork No beef or chicken sausages Hot gravy has pork & I am Allergic to pork Orange juice was like water Staff good, cannot speak english at all. ☹️ Front desk lady is good Front desk man, needs to smile more Parking free good

    Greetings from IHG® Hotels & Resorts Guest Relations. I hope you’re doing well. My name is Bembie, and I’m one of the Senior Case Managers. I’m reaching out regarding Ms. Green’s concern. The guest has been in contact with us regarding her experience at the hotel. Ms. Green said that there were roaches in her room, and that her key cards were repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple replacements. She also mentioned that there was a notice in the elevator advising guests not to bring food into the rooms, which she found confusing given that the room is equipped with a full kitchen. Additionally, she raised concerns about an unpleasant odor in the room. Ms. Green contacted the hotel and spoke with a manager for approximately one hour but felt that the interaction was unhelpful and came across as rude, as she was questioned about why the concern was only being raised at that time. As she believed, someone was in her room because it had a foul odor. We attempted to assist the guest by offering points compensation as a gesture of goodwill; however, she declined and is requesting a full refund instead. With that said, may we kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this matter further and advising if there is any flexibility that can be extended to address the guest’s concerns. The guest also expressed a desire to speak with the hotel owner; however, we have explained that we do not have access to that information. For transparency, Ms. Green has been included in this email for her visibility. No contact has been made or attempted. Very unprofessional no manager should ever speak to a customer in the way I was spoken to. Like a child being asked why am I just making the complaint when my stay started on the 12th and customer made contact with the night staff when I returned at 11:30 pm before checking out. So disrespected twice my staff and management.

    Third shift worker is very rude. I was racially profile because I was sitting on the back porch. Didn’t know what time it closed. She came out very rudely with a loud tone. Location is very out the way. Customer service is poorly rooms are poorly…. 0/10 do not recommend !!!! And then I walked to the front to go smoke. My cigarette security guard followed me into the main street and sat there like I didn’t have a room at all & all you have to do was ask me and I can easily show you. I had a room key and what room we was in been here for seven days this is the third hotel. I’ve been this week to this is worst customer service worst hotel ever. I am truly upset …

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Very Dirty I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Staybridge was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. The overall cleanliness of the property was far below what one would expect from this brand. Several areas of the hotel appeared poorly maintained, and the room itself did not meet basic cleanliness standards. For a hotel that markets itself as an extended-stay option, this was particularly concerning. Even more frustrating was the interaction with the front desk. When we tried to raise our concerns, we were dismissed by a guy that was dressed like he was in his house!! the person working at the lobby was dismissive and did not appear interested in helping or resolving the issue. The response felt indifferent, which only made the situation worse. When guests bring up legitimate concerns, the expectation is that staff will at least listen and try to assist. We chose this property expecting the reliability and service typically associated with the Staybridge brand, but unfortunately this location fell well short and let’s add that we waited for an hour for the shuttle had to get an uber! I hope hotel management or corporate leadership takes the time to review guest feedback and address both the cleanliness standards and the customer service approach at this property. At the moment, I cannot recommend staying here.
