  The rooms were dirty: sticky floors, stained walls, and a bad smell permeated the hallways. I also found a bug in the shower.

  Why is it that at the restruant/bar they cant do my credit card payment? Waiting and waiting and waiting for the gentleman to run to front desk to process my payment? Who does that? They had a perfectly good looking machine at the bar? Why even have it if you cant use it? Will not be returning. The menu was horrible, the alchohol selection is trash (a bar is suppose to be stocked, example Well/House (Bottom/Rail): Highest profit margin, fastest to pour. Examples: Aristocrat, Evan Williams, El Toro, Gordon's. Call (Middle Shelf): Specific brands requested by name (e.g., Absolut, Bacardi). Top Shelf (Premium): Highest quality, expensive brands. Examples: Grey Goose, Patrón, Woodford Reserve.) They do not offer any good selection at this bar. The service was great, the selection is trash an will not return. Do better

  Everything about this place is good except the restaurant/bar. I had to wait an additional 30-45 min for my credit card transaction. How is it that this company with all it makes cant have a functioning system where the bartender can charge me at the bar! Javier is amazing, great conversation and excellent service. Till it came down to pay. He informed me about how the computer at bar can take orders but cant process my payment and he'd have to go to the front desk. Whats worse I saw how much he disliked having to ask if I wanted to leave a gratuity?? I was puzzled but he again explained that once my credit card was ran if I didn't put a tip on the 1st receipt, I wouldn't be able to tip him. I could see how uncomfortable he was asking that, what type of people run this company? I wouldn't want to return here just for that simple reason. I'd be spending more time waiting than enjoying myself. Management here needs to evaluate themselves and learn how to run the business. Then we couldn't even eat correctly, they were replacing tile at the hotel elevator.... at 6pm??? Isn't that work suppose to be done during the day? Just a bunch of noise! Again, what is wrong with the managment her? For that reason this place gets a 1star. I am waiting more than enjoying my time away. As much as I enjoy holiday inn never have I've faced such a headache

  Hotel room was good clean but the they need to place personnel in the front lobby checking you in that are friendly and actually want to be there We stayed there for two days and never got a response from her no greet or acknowledgment She was always busy on her personal cell phone finally on day three check out. They had a different front in person who actually was very pleasant and accommodating she was very friendly
