  Jennifer made our stay absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such a positive and professional attitude that we immediately felt comfortable and taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled every question with patience, kindness, and a genuine smile.The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but Jennifer’s outstanding customer service is what truly made the experience unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly cares so much about the guests and takes pride in their work.Because of Jennifer and the excellent atmosphere at the hotel, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

  I stayed here April 17 with my son. The first one was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom stains on the walls stains on the carpet. I mean it was absolutely disgusting. So the gentleman at the front desk changed my room and upgraded it, which was only a tad better, but it was still disgusting. Unfortunately, Walmart was not open so I could not go and purchase sheets and towels, and I slept in my clothes. I felt so yucky. The housekeepers are terrible. There’s absolutely no reason I should take a Clorox wipe and wipe down surfaces and they are dirty. The gentleman at the front desk with the locks was very nice. Very kind very gracious. He was the only pleasant part about that day. I could not wait to get out of there. It’s really dark outside when I pulled up I looked at the Staybridge and then I looked at Holiday Inn and I said I should’ve stayed over there. It literally looks like someone is going to rob you on the outside. I would never recommend this to anyone unless they literally don’t have a choice or maybe they’re running from a violent situation and need to get somewhere quick. I mean it was disgusting. I really should be refunded my money cause I definitely did not get a good nights rest at all, and my son did not either.

  I had such a great experience thanks to Emeledi at Holiday Inn that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked up to the front desk, she made the entire check-in process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. After a long day, that kind of energy makes all the difference—and Emeledi delivered it effortlessly. She was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to make sure everything was exactly right with my reservation. What stood out most was her attention to detail and her warm attitude—she didn’t just check me in, she made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a personable touch, but Emeledi does it perfectly. She is absolutely an asset to the Holiday Inn team, and because of her, my stay started on a high note. I truly hope management recognizes the level of service she provides—it's exceptional.
