My stay at this Holiday Inn has made me determine that I will never stay at another Holiday Inn. We have a very large group who have stayed here for our high school reunion for the past three or four years. Last year, the power went out for hours. This year, we woke up after the first night to NO WATER. That lasted all day and at 10:00 that night there was still NO WATER. Every time I went to the front desk about it, they acted like the problem was a surprise. Many of us check out that night but we had to pay for the night before and they wanted us to pay for that day also. We refused, but my credit card was charged twice for the same night. I have called the hotel and talked to the supervisor (they tell me the manager hasn't been in for over a month) and the person who checked us in (she has tried to help but can't do anything without the assistant manager's approval) and still have gotten no refund for the double billing on my credit card. Rather than close down the restaurant because of having NO WATER, they left it open. This is surely a health violation. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

I had to be moved to this hotel because the previous hotel I was at had an electrical outage. Upon walking into the entrance there was other customers in front of me. The front desk clerk TQ greeted everyone with professionalism and kindness. He made sure that I had a room close to the elevator because I had told him about my back and knee issues. After getting to my room I tried finding the ice machine but couldn't find it. I went down to the front desk and asked TQ where the ice was located. He told me but took it upon himself to run to the restaurant to get me some. He was so polite. You all need more employees like TQ.

I stayed here with my children during a layover and it was a great experience. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made everything much easier for us. It was a perfect option for an emergency overnight stay. The room was clean, the price was very good, and the staff was very kind. Special thanks to Ty, who checked us in, and TQ, who assisted us. They were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families traveling through the airport.

I specifically looked for a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle service because we had a very early flight out of Houston. After I booked, I got a message from the hotel stating that their shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. The morning before my check in, I called the hotel and received an automated message stating the same thing. When I checked in, I told the front desk guy that I needed to leave at 3am that night and asked again if the shuttle would be available. He said yes and to come down 5-10 minutes before the hour. We got downstairs at 2:45am and were told (by the same front desk guy!) that there was no driver and that the shuttle was not going to be running that night. I was so stressed out because I was traveling alone with 3 kids and had to scramble to get to the airport in the middle of the night with no help from the hotel at all. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an Uber and had to pay $25. So disappointed by this experience when I did everything I could to find and confirm a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle service.

I recently parked my truck at this Holiday Inn while I had a flight, expecting it to be safe while I was away.
When I returned, I discovered that MY EXHAUST PIPES HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM MY TRUCK. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
After reading some of the recent reviews, I realized that I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. It seems like this has been an ongoing issue, yet there does not appear to be enough security to prevent it.
I trusted that leaving my vehicle here would be safe, but instead I came back to find parts missing from my truck and now have to deal with the repairs and costs.
THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING IN A HOTEL PARKING LOT WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING TO STAY OR PARK.
Very disappointed with this experience. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Also they deleted my last review …..
