  Hi my name is Timeeko. I’m Walmart Truvk Driver/Trainer. I tried reserving separate rooms for me and my trainee at this location. Unfortunately i had the pleasure of meeting “Jerry” the manager! Told him i need walmart rates and discount. He clearly doesn’t know about it! Then proceeded to state that i can not book over the phone. Been booking over the phone for 7 years now with no problem. After times wasted going back and forth. He finally decided to make the reservation. Made mines first. Then! copied and paste for the next reservation and just change the name to my trainee. With also putting the same card on file. After i told him they were separate and that walmart rate is a certain amount per night. So after everything was done. I was going to look at reviews! 3.9 rating is horrible. Also “Jerry” the manager name is all three these reviews with complaint and i wasn’t gonna deal with it. Call back to cancel and stated that his name is all on these reviews. Unfortunately this establishment has a manager that’s losing them business. Especially with corporate companies!!! Hopefully they fix the problem quick. Word will be past around about the manager at this establishment. Do better!

  We've stayed here many times. It's our favorite hotel in Houston area. The owner and staff are exceptional.

  Great stay and staff. The night front desk worker named Joseph I believe was very nice and  made sure I was well taken care of. I didn’t have a single issue with my room or anything around the building. Special thanks again to the employee that checked me in. I was having a hard time at the airport before I arrived and he turned my night around. Truly made sure I was taken care of.

  Dropped off an order for a guest here and couldn’t even use the restroom!! How rude here! It’s not even that nice in there!! Guess you better get in and out or they will say something to you!! Won’t ever stay here!!!

  Location was OK, but it was hard to get out if you were going to the other direction of the highway. Service was really really good. I liked the fact that they actually provided laundry facilities where you’re able to at least pay to do it, but I did not like that when we booked a double room, they gave us over room with a couch that becomes a bed instead of two beds. Room was booked by mother though so might have been explained and discounted, but she states it wasn’t so let your experience determine it.
