Our NRG Stadium is only 10 miles away to see the Texans run, Houston is our home and we invite you to experience it as a true Texan would. Enjoy the Galleria Mall and Ikea Furniture stores and still have time to enjoy the day at Memorial Park with the countless activities to do. When your done with your day we will be here to take care of you and make your stay excellent.

- SSshawn stumboApr 22, 20261.0Place is gross, highly recommend staying clear from this hotel. There are no pros about this location only Cons. Service staff is horrible will only tell you what you want to hear not what's the factual truth in any way. Wifi doesn't work on upper floors, hot tub was out of service and pool was cold. we were told everything was working properly upon arrival and found out its been closed down for well over 2 weeks from another guest that was staying there. Tesla charging stations were broken, and again we were told they were working properly upon arrival. The manager at this location was the one who likes to tell you about all the nice amenities but won't tell you that everything is broken. Worst part of this hotel is the BLACK MOLD throughout the room and the Bathroom, it looked as if they knew there was BLACK MOLD and instead of taking care of it properly they just painted over it to save money while everyone else gets sick. This location should be condemned and IHG should take their losses and discontinue this as a location. Its very sad that IHG allows this
