- ANAshtin NelkeFeb 22, 20261.0Rooms were very dirty! For the price you’re paying, there should NOT be filth covered in the bathrooms or hand prints above the headboard on the bed. Front desk check in on Thursday night shift was EXTREMELY rude. We had a few questions and he literally sighed answering the phone. Mysterious charges, DOUBLE charged last day, and when we asked the front desk, all they would tell us is that it would drop off eventually. But what is strange is they charged us before we left for the trip, at check in, AND while leaving. At check in we asked if there was anything else to be charged, and he said just valet. At check out they tried charging us almost 1k AND 450???? Would not recommend if you don’t want a headache with these people. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!!
