I took my girlfriend for her birthday and mentioned to Joy that we were there for her birthday. We wake up the next morning and there was a birthday card for my girlfriend waiting at the door. Thank you for going about and beyond to help ensure that our stay was absolutely amazing and personable.

Unfortunately the hot water wasnt working later on during our stay. We were told it had something to do with the storm. The had a plumber rush out to fix and got it up and running. Receptionist and staff were all very polite. Its located in the middle of downtown so once you valet, you really dont need your car anymore, you can walk everywhere.
