First night my wife went down to complain but the guy walks away and go in the back room. How can this be problem solving skills. Close the door and problem is solved. walking in the halls is unbearable and everybody cooking and smoking their doors is open. It's horrible stitch. Even our clothes smells bad. This is Smoking Hotel. Our room smells cheap cigarettes and grease splatter on the wall and counter. So many roaches there. The ladies at breakfast says thay guy at the desk is a manager and he confused to fix the problems only waits for other staff.
