The GM reached out and made promises to make it right since I am a Dimond Elite member. Everything the GM said he was going to do was a lie. I have not received any type of refund for the night's that were not used, now they will not return or accept my calls. I will now be seeking to contact the owners of this property directly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

See picture of wipe used on about 5 square feet of floor. No housekeeping on weekends by default Bathroom had some poorly done drywall and paint repairs

Breakfast options were limited, and items were being cleared over an hour before the stated time. As a vegetarian, I was particularly concerned about the food handling practices, as pork and meat were served in the same platter as potatoes, which could lead to cross-contamination. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower curtain was too short, causing water to spill out, and the AC didn't work. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests."😩🙏cuz we booked the hotel because the reviews for nice 😞

As a vegetarian, I found it unacceptable that vegetarian items—such as potatoes—were placed directly next to pork and other meat dishes. It’s common sense to separate vegetarian options from meat to avoid cross-contamination. Overall, we would rate our stay 2.5 out of 5 and will not be returning.
