I accidentally forgot one of my luggage bags outside and someone turned it in. The staff is trustworthy and thoughtful. Very close to medical center

Nobody answered the front desk phone and after going to the front desk, I was told that nobody cleaned on Saturdays. The guy at the front said he would call someone then went back into the lobby to watch tv and never called anyone and I waited three hours before going back up there. I’ve never stayed anyplace that didn’t clean on the weekends.

Good price for a Friday night and availability. The Queen Suite has a refrigerator with an ice maker, please be patient, the ice will start and dispense all night. Comfortable bedding the only complaint I had was the shower pressure was a little too weak for me. I like for the shower to hit a little harder. Overall clean and breakfast was decent, a good variety of toast/bagel/pancakes/eggs/fruit, etc We will return for another stay when necessary.
