  We booked 3 rooms for 5 days and sadly the room was cleaned only on our 4th day. For an IHG chain, we stayed for the first time in Staybridge suites and were definitely disappointed. Maybe we don’t know that’s how the protocol functions but having to call for towels and trash pick up was unacceptable. Breakfast was amazing and wholesome to meet most of our needs. Front desk check in/Checkout was great. Location was brilliant. First night, I couldn’t sleep because the road noise was too much. They were nice enough to move my room to room without a view facing the garage. Absolutely quiet. Thank you.

  The rooms are great, we booked a room for three people and the bed was not made up for the third person. We had to fully make it ourselves - pull out the sofa bed, put on linen (that we had to go down to the lobby to get in the first place). Not a good start, especially coming in late at night. Also the whole attitude as off and not very hospitabile. Then it was really loud from the highway, which to be fair we knew in advance. I was also told that they would have soy milk for breakfast, but didnt. Would not stay here again. tbh.

  Only saving grace fro this place for me and my wife was the breakfast and social hour. Other than that, I would not recommend this place. We mainly delt with a nught shift staff member who seemed disinterested in her job. When we arrived to our room, we noticed a very strong mildew smell. We also learned later on that the toilet would not flush. We went to the front desk and asked if it was possible to switch rooms and we were told no. So we asked for someone to come and see if they could do anything about the smell. We were told someone would be up to see about it, but no one showed..

  Great place but I had to ding a star for the Road Noise and traffic gridlock during rush. There is an on ramp about 50 yards to the front of the hotel. Between 9PM and about midnight an adolescent with a bypassed muffler will gun their way up that ramp, shaking the windows on that side every 30 seconds or so. Unless you're stone deaf, demand a room that has a "City View" to the East (Odd numbered rooms). Otherwise one of the nicest places I've stayed. Newer room, walk in shower, great service, secure parking (+$28/night), and a much above average breakfast included.
