  Upon entrance, the lobby smelled of wet dog. I had just landed, and experienced fraud on my physical debit card. I was issued a new one (digitally) prior to my check in, however, the receptionist refused to accept my payment stating that she needed to match my name to the card. I let her know my name and card details could be matched on my digital payment. Additionally, I only stay at Hilton hotels when I travel, and have always paid digitally. Instead of the receptionist trying to assist me, she spent her time telling me what they wouldn't do. (Please note, prior to my arrival, the hotel attempted to collect my fee via Apple Pay lol) Thankfully, I was able to secure a booking at a different HILTON location who greeted me kindly, immediately, and accepted my digital debit card payment for half the amount I would have paid if I stayed here. This location sadly, did not hit the mark. The level of service was subpar compared to what I am accustomed to.

  My experience at the Spark Hilton Hobby was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness stood out immediately. The entire property is unbelievably well-kept — spotless hallways, fresh rooms, and a lobby that feels brand new. You can tell the team takes real pride in maintaining a high standard. The staff here truly sets this hotel apart. Every single employee I encountered was friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed without hesitation. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Houston, this is absolutely the place to stay. The hotel is immaculate, safe, inviting, and run by a staff that genuinely cares about their guests. I highly recommend it — five stars all around.

  This hotel is not bad for the price. It has recently been remodeled with the classic "landlord special," where everything looks nice from a distance, but once you see things in person you see through it. One thing of note is every time we turned the water in our tub on, it ran brown for a second or two. The bathroom could definitely do with a more thorough cleaning.

  Stayed here while waiting on work to be completed on my house. Mr J was very accommodating to my family. Housekeeping staff is great also. Very accessible to the highways & downtown if you are visiting & want to see the city. Reasonable pricing as well.

  The rooms were dirty, hair on the towels bugs in the bathroom dont turn the heat on because it will smell like your room is going to light on fire. The staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate and don’t expect anything nice for breakfast. IF YOU ARE DISABLED DO NOT COME HERE! This is not an easily accessible hotel at all.
