I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes, and a very kind driver from another hotel picked me up. The king bed I had was not very comfortable.

Rick at the front desk was especially outstanding — consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He truly made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I also used the airport shuttle from Houston Hobby, and it was very convenient and seamless. After traveling, that kind of ease makes such a difference. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, and the service really stands out. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown each time I’ve stayed here. I will definitely return and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Houston!

Every time I walked into the building, it smelled fresh and sanitized. The staff couldn't be more friendly, attentive, professional, and courteous!!! The rooms were extremely spacious for the price. This "budget" hotel offers more for the money than some it's Hilton partners with higher price points. I was extremely pleased and impressed during my stay.
