    My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. Our room had several cleanliness issues from the moment we arrived. The carpet looked extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been washed in a long time. The bathroom and shower area were also not properly cleaned. Additionally, for a property that offers suites, it's unacceptable that only one set of three bath towels is provided. We stayed for three nights, and after the second night, we did not receive any Housekeeping service at all. When we returned late that evening, I went to request a set of sheets for the sofa bed. The front desk agent was polite, but she told me she only had towels available and couldn’t offer any other solution. I asked if I could get the sheets myself since she mentioned she couldn’t leave the desk. After getting authorization from her supervisor, she finally brought me the sheets. While she did her best and provided good customer service, it’s concerning that the hotel isn’t prepared for basic guest needs during the night. A hotel should have accessible stock of essentials—not just towels. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, limited supplies, and poor service coordination made this a frustrating stay. There are serious improvements needed.

    We wanted so bad to like it here , since we had ro stay a while. . We Did not have a good experience, the card did not work on almost all the doors we had to walk all the way around ,got locked out by the pool , went and changed keys and it still didn't work ,it didn't work on our room a few times , and room was so hot. The bed had crumbs and floor was so sticky. staff at desk was never around when you needed something had to go across the street to get things we needed when you did find someone they were rude and didn't care when we had a problem. Trash was everywhere and it smelled really bad.

    Amazing hotel to stay in. I stay in a lot of these smaller hotels and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. In part because the staff is so friendly and attentive. They have all the amenities you could need. I felt like I was at home by the third day. Will definitely be back. PS I worked in hotels when I was younger for 20 years so I come from the voice of experience. Kudos to the staff.
