The mini kitchen in our room was equipped and the bed was amongst the comfortable I've slept on while away on a trip.

We were surprised at the Wednesday social and breakfast offerings! Javier was helping with the social hour and he really took pride in the food and making sure everyone was happy. The manager, Tracy reached out to make sure we were pleased and Deliesha checked in after a couple of days. Hands down, we would stay here again and will recommend to others. They are doing everything just right!

Breakfast is always set up on time and plenty of the usual hot breakfast options for a Hilton. Overall great and will definitely keep staying here on my travels.

I was perfectly fine paying the incidental fee knowing that the money would be refunded back to me after my stay, we were under the impression that the reservation itself would be payed for with our company card. He called ahead to make sure of this before I arrived. I look at my personal account today and see that the actual reservation fee was charged to my personal card and not our company card. Called the hotel and now they're saying their policy is that they would need a release form or some bs to allow us to use a 3rd party card... Our company card which we called ahead to make sure we could use for the actual reservation, so they lied to us and now are giving us the runaround. This action in itself expunges what was a quite a nice and comfortable visit while in Houston for work. Being lied to by Hilton staff over something like this gets a 1 star review. Hope they take better action in the future.
