The check-in process was the highlight as the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. The room was stuffy, and the shower had black mold growing on it, with the shower head not connected to the wall. Drive a little further for a cleaner, more centrally located stay in Houston near IAH.

There was no courtesy, patience, or willingness to help — just attitude and unprofessional behavior. As a paying customer (or potential guest), I expect respect and basic communication, not to be hung up on repeatedly. The lady refuse to provide her name & eventually another representative answered by the name of Sam who did not assist my issue as well. Management seriously needs to address this behavior and train their staff in proper customer service and professionalism.

Once you realize that, you don't have to wait for them to ask a question or reserve a shuttle to the airport. At first, I only saw the sign that says the clerk is "temporarily away" so I waited longer than necessary.
