  As good of service as it gets, which is what I want when I'm tired after a flight. I don't want to have to worry if I'm bothering the front desk person for basic hotel accommodations when it's simply their job because of a poor attitude. I didn't have to worry about that with Shay, the front desk woman the night I walked in. She showed me where I can get a mug for their 24/7 coffee, gave me the number of room keys I requested, etc. But she also went above and beyond. Our first room had an unideal smell admittedly, but she put us in the same-layout room no questions asked immediately. Truly amazing service, made it easy for us to relax after a long flight, definitely would come back in the future. It helps that the lobby is incredible to do work in, as homely as any you'll find in this price range.

  The rooms were quite clean and I liked how the towels were folded nice and neat, the beds were comfortable and tidy but thats where the niceties ended for me. The water in the shower wouldn't get hotter than llukewarm. The breakfast was rather disappointing as well, stale tortillas and extremely greasy meat and eggs to go with them. Overall it wasnt the worst experience, but not being able to have a hot shower or enjoy my breakfast definitely took off of my experience here

  The room was nice, and clean. However, the hallway on the 2nd floor had a very intense scent of cleaner, or some very chemically smelling fragrance, perhaps to cover a bad smell but it was difficult to endure the scent. The food at breakfast was unfortunately not very good, super greasy and made my stomach upset, also no hot water, just Luke warm or cold. Overall it was okay, but wouldn't necessarily recommend.
