    I recently tried to contact this hotel several times, and each time the front desk receptionist rudely hung up the phone in the middle of the call. There was no courtesy, patience, or willingness to help — just attitude and unprofessional behavior. As a paying customer (or potential guest), I expect respect and basic communication, not to be hung up on repeatedly. The lady refuse to provide her name & eventually another representative answered by the name of Sam who did not assist my issue as well. Management seriously needs to address this behavior and train their staff in proper customer service and professionalism.

    Breakfast is great. Everything was good except the front desk clerk is always in the back room. You need to ring the bell to get their attention every time. Once you realize that, you don't have to wait for them to ask a question or reserve a shuttle to the airport. At first, I only saw the sign that says the clerk is "temporarily away" so I waited longer than necessary.

    Walked in to check in at 5:30 & no one at the front desk, there was a sign stating be back in 5. Waited about 30 minutes by then there was a couple of people waiting. The hotel was clean but definitely disappointed with it being a Hilton. Definitely would not go back. The area is not the best

    During our four-week trip from New York to Houston, we stayed at a total of 15 Hilton hotels across different brands. Unfortunately, the hotel in Houston turned out to be the weakest of them all. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk – only a sign saying “Back in 5 minutes”, which remained there for what felt like an eternity. The pool faced directly onto a busy multi-lane highway, which made it far from relaxing or inviting. We had chosen this property mainly because of its proximity to the airport, but for any future trip we would certainly look elsewhere. On the positive side, the room was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was in line with the usual Homewood standard. The overall price-performance ratio was okay to good: this was actually the cheapest stay of our entire journey. In hindsight, however, that should probably have been a warning sign. All in all, it was not the pleasant ending we had hoped for after an otherwise wonderful trip.
