The person occupying the room was not there when we walked in to discover dirty dishes in the sink, towel on the ground, trash in the trash can that I wsh I did not see (gross female hygene stuff), etc. When we went back downstairs to swap rooms there was a line and we were not treated as a priority. I had to speak up for this. The elevator was also slow when we first got there and then out of service shortly after. This was suprising since trhe property seemed fairly new.

It’s 4 min away . I usually would go downstairs and let them know that I’m checking out. This isn’t the first time as well as the elevators don’t work . Key card machine wasn’t working to the lint that the person had to walk me to my room. The hotel is dog friendly but they don’t implement the cleaning to go with it. The floors in the hallway smells like dog urine. The walls are super thin and I’ve been here to only realize the breakfast is recycled . No new food has been put out just the food from a couple of days before.

- SHSammy HussainSep 29, 20254.0We stayed here just for a night. The staff on Friday night around 8 PM was amazing. Very sweet to speak with & helpful. I am Hilton honors gold member. I requested a room that was quiet surroundings as I m a light sleeper. They gave us room at the end of the hallway but the room next to us someone kept banging on the walls. Once thar stopped I could hear someone stomping or maybe it was the door to the exit stairway that was being banged. It was hard to sleep. Room was clean. Beds are ok. Breakfast is not the best. All pork dishes other than yogurt & oatmeal. Nothing for vegetarians no potatoes. Next day when we checked the front desk person was pretty rough in her mannerisms to answer my question. Hotel has a small park next to it which maybe a plus for families with little children.
