This place is ok is one of those places where you stay but never go back.
They have the same breakfast, doesn't really change much, ehh alright food I guess. I've been to many hotels and this one, food is downgraded.
When you request cleaning of service in the room, the cleaning ladies do it really quick and do a poor job. At times, they don't even put clean towels/toilet paper I have to go to the front to get them.
Once or twice, seen roaches.
Then my partner stays there for business, and he trusted the management, management told him that it would be ok for him to park in the handicap parking, due to parking area being full. My partner parked there, got a ticket, and now instead of that MANAGER paying that ticket, my partner had to pay it. CAN'T TRUST MANAGEMENT IN THAT HOTEL, they'll screw you over.
The management can deny it all they want, but I was there when they screwed my partner over, the management should've paid the parking ticket, not us.
Some advice, go stay at another hotel, not this one.

This location is close to everything that we wanted to visit. If you’re traveling with kids, it basically shares a parking lot with a beautiful park. The breakfast was good, employees were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this property.
Jalen was top tier for all my questions and was above and beyond to help me. The Manager is kind and Chaundra and others were very helpful

I typically do not leave negative reviews, as I understand that issues can occasionally occur. However, my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
My cousin and I traveled to Texas for vacation and chose this hotel based on her prior positive experience here. Unfortunately, this stay was very different. Overall, the hotel staff and facilities appeared pleasant, and we stayed in a room with two beds. During our stay, my cousin discovered a bug in her bed and woke up the following morning with multiple bites on her body. When we reported this to the front desk, the manager moved us to another room but insisted that the insect was not a bed bug. Regardless of its classification, it should not have been present, and my cousin had clearly been bitten.
What was especially concerning was that no immediate precautions appeared to be taken following our report. We were moved to a different room, but there was no visible effort to inspect the original room, secure it, or address the issue in a way that suggested guest safety was being taken seriously.
The manager offered additional loyalty points as compensation, but those points were never credited to her account.
Four days after returning home, we took extensive precautions by immediately washing and drying all clothing and belongings to prevent the spread of any insects. Despite these efforts, I later discovered a bed bug in my bed and began experiencing bites myself. Since returning home, I have also stayed with both a friend and a family member, which has caused significant concern that the issue may have spread further.
This situation has resulted in unexpected stress and additional expenses to address a bed bug infestation. This is not an experience I would expect from a Hilton property. At the very least, there should be proper acknowledgment of the situation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and financial impact caused.
