With 45 minutes left before breakfast ended, they had already started stocking items for the next day and were not refilling the food. This was our experience both weekend mornings. During the week, they kept the food stocked a little longer, but it was still inconsistent. The selection didn’t vary much from day to day, and unfortunately, the food quality was not very good.

- JHJustin HopkinsFeb 4, 20262.0I stayed here 3 nights while I was in town for a conference. This hotel is well below the standards I’m used to seeing from a Hilton brand. Room cleanliness was subpar. The lobby did not seem attentive. The coffee pots were empty two of the days I checked (around 5:30 AM). Breakfast was not open on time. Finally, my reservation was cancelled for some reason which just delayed my check in. On the flip side, the location is right off the highway which is convenient. And there is a new security around the parking lot. I was also told there is nightly security guards in the parking lot. Overall, I’m less than pleased. I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in Houston.

He greeted us with a genuine smile and showed care throughout the entire process of getting us booked , regardless of the time we came in. Thanks for your kindness barbar !
