Had to request for that also. Couch had a large stain. We had to wait past the time for breakfast along with many other people. Only a small selection of food. No meat options that day. They also had no clean silverware out and only a few glasses.

When there was no shuttle driver, she drove me herself to the airport and treated me so well. They accommodated an early check in and the rooms were nice and well stocked. They were also very clean.

- JWJennifer WingoOct 26, 20251.0I've stayed at a lot of Hiltons. We started staying at Home2 Suites when we had a flight cancellation and they took really good care of us in New Orleans. This Houston airport location is the 2nd Hilton to misadvertise about their shuttle service; Boston was the first. I purposely booked this hotel so we could have shuttle service & I could drop the rental car off the day before. I had everything noted in the special notes in the reservation about my shuttle needs. When I checked in, the guy at the counter tells me he sees my note & that he can't provide me shuttle service for that time. I asked why they didn't notify me earlier & he said he wouldn't have seen the note until today; well it was 3pm, I booked a week ago & they had all day, but no contact from the hotel. Went to the pool & it was absolutely freezing,I'd guess about 68 degrees. There were leaves in the bottom too. Big disappointment. Room had stains all over the carpet. & no dish soap in the kitchen. This place is well below Hilton's standards. I will never book another Hilton "airport " location again. This is twice they've cost me an extra day of car rental and were less than customer focused after the inconvenience. 11-05-25 Called manager 11-03-25 first thing in the morning. She hadn't came in yet so left a message for her to call me. The lady I spoke with said she was expected in an hour. Waited for the return call, but 2-days later still haven't heard back. This Hilton is not up to their normal standards.
- AJAimgDaGoat JohnsonOct 26, 20254.0This was an emergency State he at this hotel last weekend due to a fire at my apartment complex next door. The Continental breakfast was absolutely amazing. The chef chef. She does an absolutely amazing job at making cornbread biscuits and heart chorizo sausage. Also her chicken fillet and biscuits are absolutely amazing in the morning the whole breakfast was great. Only thing I'm unsatisfied about was the amounts I had to pay due to the fact they told me one thing and then when I checked out it was something else.
