If could give this property a zero rating I would. Rooms were subpar and hospitality here was nonexistent. An incident occured with housekeeping during our stay and I am extremely disappointed with both the incident and how management handled it. At 8:30 a.m., a housekeeper entered our suite unannounced while we were still inside the room. My 12-year-old daughter was asleep in the front room at the time. The housekeeper knocked twice and immediately entered the room without announcing herself. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable, especially considering the presence of a minor. What made this situation worse was the hotel’s response. When I reported the incident, it was completely dismissed. There was no genuine concern for our safety, no accountability, and no meaningful apology. I felt brushed off, as if this invasion of privacy and the fear it caused was not a big deal. To make matters worse when I did speak to the GM Sharon Poskey, she was very dismissive and tried to downplay the severity of the situation. When I asked her how she planned to rectify the situation her response was I can give you 10,000 honors points. When I told her that she would have to do better than that she became aggressive and even called the police and lied and said my family was irate. She then offered 20,000 points but continued to try and argue and go back and forth with me which was completely unprofessional. Hotels are supposed to be safe spaces. Guest privacy and child safety should be taken seriously. This was a traumatic experience that left my family feeling unsettled and unheard, and because of that, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to families.

If you are traveling for business, avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed here for two weeks and the experience was disastrous. The most outrageous part was that housekeeping was never done during my entire stay. Despite requesting more than three times to coordinate the cleaning with my work schedule, they simply ignored me. It is a total lack of respect that the guest has to adapt to them, and in the end, they didn't even provide the basic service of cleaning the room. The front desk staff is just as bad: they are rude, unprofessional, and lack the basic courtesy expected from a Hilton brand. To top it off, the Wi-Fi connection is terrible, making it impossible to work. Do not waste your money or your patience here; there are much better options with staff who actually value their guests

The staff was nice, they do provide body gel, shampoo and conditioner- however they did ran out of conditioner. If there was a fan in our bathroom it either didn’t work or we didn’t know how to turn it on. We did enjoyed our hot breakfast.

I’m a military family who modified my reservation after speaking with a Hilton rep and was assured everything was fixed with no extra charges. When I arrived, the two rooms I checked into were visibly dirty. The front desk gave me two more rooms to look at—also dirty. That’s four rooms total with issues like MOODY SHOWER STAINED CARPET, DIRTY COUCHES, AND UNWASHED BEDDING The front desk employee even walked with me and confirmed the rooms were not acceptable. I decided not to stay, but when I spoke with the GM, SHARON Posuey, she admitted housekeeping was at fault yet refused to refund the cancellation fee and told me I “shouldn’t have received any refund because she did not approve” and proceeded to tell me to have a nice day This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and absolutely not what I expect from Hilton. I do not recommend this property.

PLZZZZ PLZZZ PLZ. DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE & DIRTY ROOMS DIRTY KITCHEN AREA DIRTY SILVERWARE DIRTY BATHROOMS When we first arrived, I had explained that I needed a room early and I had my baby with me. I told you guys so please let me know when the room is ready and you guys said it was ready when I came to the room I checked everything on top. It looked fine but when I was time for me to go shower that night, I opened the curtains in the bathroom tub has hair on the soap. The soap is used and then the next morning early morning the fire alarm starts ringing then we had to specially get our room cleaned from the main because of the previous guest mess that you guys did not clean and now today on the third day, we have to be up early and need to shower and there's completely no power in the room at all this is by far one of the worst experiences I've stayed at at a Hilton. We have been very calm and patient on our end letting this room's dirtiness go letting the fire alarm stuff go. We have let all that go, but now there is literally no power in the room. We can't turn on the lights. We can't even use the shower we can't even get down to the front desk through an elevator. I have no words for this hotel simply a very big disappointment. Kimberley at the front desk. Told her to check me out early from the hell of a hotel and she “forgot” had to call back and check out over the phone but hey. Terrible service terrible people. Don’t expect much of anything.
