We rented 19 rooms for a company event at the convention center. We were walking distance to the center. Rooms were clean. Service was good. We rented a conference room and everything went well.

I flew in from Pittsburgh for Nape Expo and met Chris at the lounge bar! He not only made me feel welcome, but he was very welcoming and knowledgeable on the area and was a great bartender! I will be back for sure! Love this kind of customer service!

This hotel is a dual-branded Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton. I stayed on the Home2 side and my room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast was decent and it was nice to see a bar/restaurant here (which the Home2 brand usually does not have). What really made the stay great, however, was the staff. Every single person was welcoming and friendly, especially the front office manager, Rita, who fixed an issue with my bill in a very timely manner. One note about the location if you are staying here in early 2026: I was here for a conference and the walk to the convention center was very annoying because, even though it is relatively close, there is a large amount of road construction going on in the area (meaning blocked sidewalks, lots of dust, etc). I did not deduct a star though as the hotel has no control over this, and I would stay here again in the future once the nearby work is complete.
