It's well located but expect plenty of freeway and road noise. Even on the 8th floor it was still loud especially on the weekend.
The AC is nice and freezing and the water is hot with great pressure. The fridge and freezer are apartment sized. There's a dishwasher and microwave.
Housekeeping comes every other day and I did have to ask the front desk for more coffee pods as there were only two...that's one morning for me. Some of the rooms have upgraded Keurigs but I didn't get one of those.
The scent the hotel uses is overpowering and to me absolutely reeks of some kind of cheap body spray. I'd say that was the least favorable thing about my stay.
The cleaning products, likewise.
The lobby is on the first floor. The parking garages are the 2nd and 3rd. Guest rooms on 4th-8th.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bartender is especially charming.
There is a food mart right next to the hotel and plenty of dining options across the street--Mod Pizza, Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet, SmashBurger, Chipotle.

We have stayed here multiple times in the premium suites with the balconies. They are mostly nice. I love sitting out on the balcony. Plus there is a small convenience store underneath, restaurants all around and a cvs across the street. I only have 3 complaints: 1. the showers are super slippery and smell moldy, and 2. the carpets need to be steam cleaned because they make your feet black, and 3. it's supposed to be a disability room yet the bathroom is incredibly tiny. A disabled person in a wheelchair would not be able to get into the bathroom and shower. They just need to improve those things. Other than that I like the place. They give plenty of conveniences to make your stay easier. I would stay here again.

Overall satisfied with this hotel.
Suggestion: given this is a dog/pet-friendly hotel, consider accommodating them on lower levels/limited floors. I’ve stayed at other pet-friendly hotels who implement this because of health and safety precautions.
Per Home2 staff, pets can accommodate any room at any time. If you aren’t allowed to change that, then it would be good to disclose to your customers that ALL floors are pet-friendly.

So much is great with this place. But the beds are awful..Had to check out early because driving overnight was more comfortable than the bed. But service was very good. Breakfast was great, and location is nice. While I wish they wouldn't charge for parking since no free spots are availableon property, it's at least more reasonable at 15 a night.
