The first stay at this place was perfect in Fall 2024, but this time in Winter 2026 it was ridiculous. The light to the left of the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work and the alarm clock didn’t work. Instead of numbers the alarm clock was showing shapes. Outside on the second floor the smoke detector was chirping all weekend meaning the battery needs to be changed. If a fire broke out followed by the battery just so happening to run out then who knows what could have happened! The washer machines didn’t work. Finally to top it all off the hot water failed on Sunday morning, January the 4th, so I took a cold shower. I complained to the front desk agent during checkout and he said the ENTIRE HOTEL had no hot water. Absolute madness! Never once in my life has any motel or hotel I’ve ever stayed at had the hot water fail. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel stay ever. I’m never coming back because it’s not worth it.

I have stayed here before and everything was fine. unfortunately the staff today was horrible. I got there a little early like 30 minutes. I ask for a neatly check in , they told me 35$ to checking early I said nevermind I'll wait 30 minutes. I called ahead of time to ask about the jacuzzi they said everything was good and it was hot. that was not the case. the jacuzzi was warm to cold and the indoor pool was freezing it was 80 degrees outside? I ask the gentleman at the front desk Kumar if it was possible to turn the fire place in the lobby on he said no and was rude and said it was just for show? I ask him what time was happy hour he was rude again and said it was on a sign I did not see? all in all it was a terrible experience I felt stereotyped and I really did not appreciate that. I will never stay at any holiday again. and I book many hotels throughout the year and I am a member. TERRIBLE. I HOPE MANAGEMENT READ THIS AND CARES..

Very friendly staff is the only positive for this hotel. Room: Poor lighting, 2 broken phones, wires from ac on the floor, disgusting stained sofa & wall, poorly cleaned, no room service as advertised, indented uncomfortable mattress. Halls: Needs new carpet and broken ice machine on my level.
Restaurant: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only like two food options & it looks nothing like photos on the menu. If paying $28.00+ for a burger & fries I expect a thicker non freezer burn meat patty and when paying extra for avocado it needs to be ripe. Extremely poor quality. Amenities listed on website are not accurate. I've stayed at hotels half the price and they were so much nicer.
