The women at the front desk were truly exceptional. They are compassionate, kind, and genuinely caring. They gave me hugs when I was falling apart and offered real comfort when I needed it most. Their kindness made a world of difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for quick trips to and from the hospital. It gave me a place to shower after long nights in the ICU and a quiet spot to breathe when I needed a break. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options, but the people here are what set this place apart. I’m deeply thankful for how I was treated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again under better circumstances.

In front of everyone we were asked to stop while they checked out our room number with the front desk. It was humiliating and should not have happened. The chef was AMAZING. He took his job seriously and was so friendly! This is my only real negative. The staff was unfriendly and never even smiled.
