Called back after 45 minutes for them to say I now have to go down five floors to my towels myself, convenience out the window. It IS the little things that you expect from a hotel after a long day. 😡

On my way to the dining area, an Indian lady stopped me and questioned me about my room number, whether I was paying for breakfast, and if I had a food voucher. Since this isn’t my first time staying here, I knew that none of that was required to eat. I decided to go to the front desk to ask Kim, the manager, and she told me to go and enjoy my breakfast. What bothered me was that the same Indian lady did not stop the white man who walked by her just before me, nor did she question any other white guests who came to eat breakfast. This situation was embarrassing for my wife and me. Do better!

The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The AC in the room was a bit loud but other than that, it was a great experience.
