    Man they don't even answer the phone , called 8 times at different times and still no answer , missed out on money for a 3 night stay , they must not care about business.

    One of the nicest Hotels I've stayed at in the last 38 nights of being in a hotel. I spent 10 nights here! The staff is friendly, the breakfast was delicious. The house keeping ladies on the 4th floor were amazing, if I needed my room cleaned i took my do not disturb off my door and it was cleaned as if I just checked in. I had no issues in the parking lot and felt it was very secure, even had police who would just come and park at the front door and hang out. Melissa and Staff are very pleasant to deal with thank you for the great stay!

    Awful experience, bugs in my sink in room 200 when I woke up that morning. Then I get out to my truck and find my window smashed in. When I asked about cameras I was told they were down. They say its a secure parking lots and is monitored from 11pm to 5 am but obviously not that well.

    Absolutely the worst IHG Holiday Inn I've stayed at. Service wad lacking in all aspects. Restaurant was slow with everything, bartender did not know how to make any drinks to the point I was told they only had wine and beer and I had to teach the "bartender" how to make a vodka soda. The soda water and all the other sodas were flat for 3 nights and nobody knew how to change it. Room was never made just towels put in room. If that is the process NO one during check in told me. The night manager if you can call her that was lost half the time and never at the desk. People were waiting and trying to find her. I was also never told of the change in billing and only found out while looking at my bank account. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns including England, Canada and throughout the U.S. and this is by far the worst experience. Do not recommend at all. My next time in Houston I will definitely look at other hotel brands, big let down from IHG! If I can score less than one star I would.
