There was a very long line and shuresa politely ask the line to curve so the doors could close and Lucia insisted on arguing with her about the line in front of 20 guest. I didn’t see an issue with Shuresa asking the guest to step to the side. I think that was very unprofessional on Lucia behalf. Shuresa kept a smile on her face and got 4 more guest checked into their room while Lucia was still dealing with the same guest that she had once I walked in. 5 stars Shuresa you have a great career in hospitality if you keep at it.

- AAAdamNov 5, 20254.0The rooms are fine. Nothing too special or fancy. As clean as they can be with what's available. The bed is very comfortable and I do mean very. The bathroom is in good shape. The shower in the room I was given needs quite a bit of help as it is pretty beat up. The water pressure is abysmal. I know they are trying to save water but come on you've got to be kidding me with this shower head. Fridge was great for my needs, as were the microwave and coffee maker. The staff was outstanding. They did exactly what needed to be done and right on time. Nothing but high praise for everyone I interacted with. I do recommend this hotel.

I would definitely stay here again. I got in at 2:00 am after a long day of traveling and the lady at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. I was so tired that I did not get her name. She was quick and efficient, and I was in my room and in my bed for 2:45 (only because there were three check-ins before me.
