Hotel knew about the break in and didnt contact me at all. After I parked in the space I was told to, I was told after the break in that I was parked in the are most known for theft....will never again stay at a Holiday inn property.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and outstanding professionalism. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, answered all my questions patiently, and were always available whenever I needed assistance. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly professional and genuinely warm at the same time. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service really stood out. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality. The restaurant staff was awful food was awful. FOR 200.00 DOLLARS A NITE I EXPECT TO ATLEAST HAVE HOT WATER!!!!

There was only one staff member who seemed to potentially be new so the check in wait was extremely long. I waited more than two hours to check in. After waiting an hour and a half another staff member Lucia came back in to help after already working a 10 hour day. LUCIA WAS AMAZING. She got the cruise ship group organized and those of us with reservations checked in efficiently. She had an amazing presence and was incredibly kind.
