    Booked the parking service for my trip - it was meant to come with a shuttle bus (to and fro from the airport). On the way back, the shuttle bus intentionally did not stop several times despite seeing people wait for them. We even put our hands out to signal to the driver who made eye contact with us and still didn't care. We gave up after 2.5 hours of waiting. Ended up paying more money to take an Uber to go to the hotel, spoke to the manager who said she will investigate the issue on the dashcam and call us back the next day to let us know what happened and to issue a refund of the Uber ride if it was truly their fault. She never called. Honestly horrible experience, dishonest people - please stay away from this place.

    If you have a delayed flight don't come here. My flight was delayed three hours, I waited for the "free shuttle" which never arrives to the designated area. It's already getting very late, so I decide to take an Uber instead--so much for free reliable transportation to hotel. I finally get to the Holiday inn and the front Desk refuses to check me in telling me "No check in after, 3am. We cancel all reservations if they don't check in by 3am. But we can check you in at an increased walk in rate." I check the hotel listing on my Expedia app and the listing for this hotel states "Check in till 6am". I tell the front desk agent this, she replies "No sorry 6am is wrong, no check in after 3am. Only a new reservation at a higher walk in rate." The front desk agent then proceeds to disappear for at least an hour and a half as Expedia is blowing up the front desk phone trying to rectify this issue with no resolution in the end. I had to find somewhere else to sleep. So be warned this Holiday Inn wont try to help you out especially if you are delayed. Also, multiple people stopped at the front desk and left out of frustration because the Front Desk Agent was missing.

    Reservamos por Airbnb y nos trataron fatal. Nos retuvieron por 2 horas en el lobby teniendo un menor de edad porque no encontraban el "correo" el cual el anfitrión envia. Hubo un trato muy hostil de parte de la recepcionista hacia nosotros, 2 veces el anfitrión "envío el correo" y no llego nunca. Le enseñe la reserva en Airbnb y al ver que si teníamos una reserva nos dejaron pasar (2 horas después!!, cuando pudo decirme en el momento). Por terminar al entrar al hotel había un paño usado, el jabón estaba abierto y basura(incluyendo una toalla sanitaria)!!

    Five Star customer service. 24-hour shuttle that runs consistently. Can you ask for more from a basic hotel near an airport? I don't think so.

    We were stuck in Houston due to flight delays so we grabbed an airport hotel. Our first option was not good so we moved after checking in at the first location to Holiday Inn and let me tell you, it was a God Send! Even my children, who are well traveled never complained about the previous location were thrilled for this upgrade. It reminded me of the commercials... Something like are you VIP... No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
