    Really nice interior the rooms where clean and my desk service was provided by Kristal wich was amazing very nice women. Beds are comfortable and sheets as well, no holes,no bugs,no dirt and breakfast in the morning along with 24/7 coffee, wifi if needed, direct TV, very effective A.C, fridge provided along with microwave. And security in the parking lot also they have a washer and dryer

    There is no housekeeping service, If you spell something on the carpet, they will charge $250 cleaning fees, Very bad management. Not recommend.

    Very clean rooms. Location was convenient to our events. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Blanca, the dining room staff member was very friendly and helpful.

    Pictures are a scam. Paid through 3rd party. The check-in was quick. The lobby smelled like doodoo. Every part of the floor had carpet besides the units bathroom. Hotel was dark. Room had a smell that was rotten. The carpet was dirty, and im sure vacuuming only dusted the bed sheets and why you'll wake up with dry mouth. Bathroom floor was sticky. Bath tub was clogged and I had to fix it to shower. The cleaner with a walkie-talkie on 9/17/25 at 9am opened our door to the unit on the second floor pretending it was a mistake. How do you make a mistake like that when you're the lead? And check out is at 12pm!!!!! When we do leave the cleaner is walking the hall with a pad checking rooms like shouldn't that pad tell you the room you opened was occupied!?
