My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and the breakfast service was excellent. Food and coffee was always hot, even within the last30 minutes of breakfast.

July is amazing; very helpful in the cafe. The hospitality and service was great. The Hotel has a really fresh scent through out the rooms and lobby. Highly recommended!

Blanca is very rude…on one than more occasion she has disrespected my space and touched my food while I was fixing it. Taken my coffee cup off the machine as it was being poured into my cup, putting her finger into my cup acting as though she was wiping down the machine. Today I came down to smoke a cigarette. She intentionally can out side and sprayed my feet with Febreeze acting as though she was spraying the carpet outside. She than walked back in the kitchen to serve breakfast, what she was already doing before she followed me outside to smoke to harass me with febreeing me with FEBREEZ SPRAY. I reported her disrespect to management. She promised to handle it. Several hours later I was fixing some hot tea and asked her for some HONEY. She blatantly lied and said there was none left. I explained to her that I just saw a full thing of honey sitting on the counter. She than gave me the jar of honey. This behavior is unexcused.

Very friendly and hard working staff all around (Front Desk, Kitchen, Room Keeping)! Mrs. Blanca, at the kitchen and eating area, was extremely efficient and focused on her job. Even with two college baseball teams staying at the hotel, She managed to always keep the breakfast buffet filled with a variety of food while she constantly kept cleaning the tables and maintaining the breakfast area impeccable 👍🏻👍🏻. The hotel rooms were clean and the price affordable for overnight stays. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the facilities/rooms could benefit from renewed/steamed carpets, something that I found was more of a corporate support issue and not necessarily this hotel’s staff work ethos.
