    I am beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted with my recent stay. I checked in very late and didn’t even have time to bring my belongings inside. I came in, checked in, and got straight into bed. Within 30–45 minutes, I saw something crawling on my pillow. When I looked closer, it was a bedbug.As I got up, I noticed FOUR more at the end of the bed. I had never seen a bedbug before, so I Googled it to be sure and it was exactly what I feared. I immediately started pulling off the sheets and mattress cover, and they scattered everywhere. It was horrifying. I recorded videos and took photos because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The WiFi is terrible doesn’t work o. The fourth floor. As a loyal customer with many rewards stays, this is extremely hurtful and upsetting. This wasn’t just inconvenient it was disturbing, unacceptable, and a complete failure on the hotel’s part. Cleanliness and guest safety should be the bare minimum, and this experience showed a serious lack of both.I expect far better from a hotel I’ve consistently supported. I wish I could add videos here but here’s a picture.

    A lot of roaches :( not safe for kids…. Roach might come in to their ears

    Clean and comfortable. Nice towels. Super friendly staff. Water pressure low and lukewarm at best (at least in our room). Others in our party had no complaints. Carpet in the room could use a little freshening up.
