  Terrible hotel. Claims to be an airport hotel with a free shuttle, the main reason I booked. The shuttle was not running, so uber was used for two journeys. The hotel was dirty, with pieces of maintenance debris everywhere. The room was grubby with a chipped bath which also had a broken stopper. The amenities were hanging off the wall. The safe had been forced open, and the safety lock was loose. The staff were completely disinterested, with a don't care attitude. Do not book this as an airport hotel, as the shuttle can not be relied upon. I tried to contact IHG to offer feedback, waste of time as the bot just sends you round in circles.   If you are looking for shuttle available hotel, don't book this hotel. Had a lay over flight through Houston and booked for this hotel mostly because it posted shuttle service which we needed a shuttle from and to the airport. And upon arrival I called the hotel for the shuttle and got ahold of the staff and they said there shuttle service was down. Had to hire Uber and cost a lot extra. We asked if they'd do anything about it and they said NO. Not even a discount on the 2 rooms I booked. Not worth to give more then 1 star for such service for travelers.

  Charged me $190 extra charge and can't explain it, now they won't answer the phone... Dirty, none of the infrastructure works like the exterior door readers etc,,, absolutely ghetto

  The hotel and the room were very nice, warm, and clean! I had to stay a few days because my flight was delayed due to the winter storm, and the staff were kind and helpful the entire time! Every day, breakfast was different, hot, delicious, and very good in this cold weather! from biscuits and gravy to hot cinnamon rolls and muffins, and cereal with milk and eggs with bacon the next morning, it would be sausage or hash browns and turkey sausage with warm pancakes! The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful, and they do the best they can! Plus, they have a cute kitty on staff! so cute!
