Besides that great experience, everyone was nice and the place was clean. What more can you ask for when staying in a hotel. But I would t stay again at this location knowing about the noise, listen to the video that was all night.

We'll, I needed to use the ladies room while traveling and I have my uniform on to justify me working and I asked, which many people dont do, if I could use the ladies restroom and the front desk agent, a man that worked the night audit shift because it was not 7 am as of yet, stated no. I was like sir, I'm working the field and I really need to use the bathroom. Please and the answer was still no. I hopenthe morning crew is much nicer than this gentlman on this morning. For I see now general customer service is hard to find these days.

The front desk clerk contacted the manager by phone and he refused us. I told them the can’t legally do that but was refused anyway. We attempted to talk to the owner, Cheema and explain what happened. Their answer was to hang up on us. Thanks to the Aloft that is pet and service dog friendly we had a lot place to stay.
