    I would love to have a higher star rating but certain things are just Ridiculous at this point. Even if only stopping by to inquire about the property, the staff can use training. There was no greeting when I entered the property and the 5 ft 10 ft rule is non existent! Good this this was NOT a QA inspection. Black or white brand standard should be black and white! Greet ALL guests whether utilizing facilities or simply stopping by.

    Excellent customer service. The rules are clean. The bathrooms are clean overall operating by would definitely stay here again.

    Definitely not a place to relax and sleep if you like things quite. The street noise is so loud in the room, you can hear every car driving by and all the trucks. Besides that great experience, everyone was nice and the place was clean. What more can you ask for when staying in a hotel. But I would t stay again at this location knowing about the noise, listen to the video that was all night.

    I'm a Diamond elite member and part of my business is to be out in the field, attending many locations. We'll, I needed to use the ladies room while traveling and I have my uniform on to justify me working and I asked, which many people dont do, if I could use the ladies restroom and the front desk agent, a man that worked the night audit shift because it was not 7 am as of yet, stated no. I was like sir, I'm working the field and I really need to use the bathroom. Please and the answer was still no. I hopenthe morning crew is much nicer than this gentlman on this morning. For I see now general customer service is hard to find these days.

    NO SERVICE DOGS ALLOWED This location’s Manager, Jerry, refused to let us stay with our service dog. We even showed her certification. The front desk clerk contacted the manager by phone and he refused us. I told them the can’t legally do that but was refused anyway. We attempted to talk to the owner, Cheema and explain what happened. Their answer was to hang up on us. Thanks to the Aloft that is pet and service dog friendly we had a lot place to stay.
