- LKLeo KuJan 7, 20232.0I requested that my room's TV be repaired at the front desk because it wasn't working, but they kept delaying the repair. Ultimately, my children were disappointed because they couldn't watch their favorite program.
- MCM CDec 27, 20223.0Only one elevator is working in the hotel. Extra bad breakfast. Completely out of some amenities. The location was good. Surprisingly It was very quiet.
- BDB DOct 13, 20213.0Rooms were good, front desk staff was friendly while checking in. It was a bit noisy at night as the neighbors above us were very noisy. Not only for us, but also happened for some friends of ours who stayed on the same floor down the hall and around the corner. Pool looked nice and talk care of. Breakfast was a disaster all 3 nights we stayed. Dirty tables and serving areas, very limited food selection, no fruit, non-existence staff except when they came out to make waffles for themselves. There were two of them and they came across very lazy.

- VBVictor BowlingMar 6, 20213.0Its clean and nice. The breakfast is sub par for covid19 and the restrictions but doesn't not keep up with competition in the area. They only run 1 elevator but close there gym due to covid. Fills like they are picking and choosing what they want to due and use covid19 as an excuse. Also have the stairs locked so that you have to use the elevator. With that said the staff at the front desk are friendly and try to accommodate you.
