( WE NEVER STAYED) Diana the so called manager, but come to find out she was just a shift lead was rude about the situation. Stating it was a new policy for their hotel to start charging for reservation in advance. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said I couldn't and the issues was over and hung up. I have been trying to contact the corporate office. BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD!!!!!

The rooms are also really nice and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel! They truly care about making their guests happy.
