Upon checkout, I asked housekeeping to confirm whether there was any smoke smell, and she clearly stated there was not. Despite this, Manager Mandy still decided to apply the charge. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the management at this location. It’s unfair and unprofessional to charge guests without proper verification. While my stay itself was comfortable, this experience completely overshadowed it. I hope the hotel reconsiders this fee and reviews its internal policies to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Disrespect for the service one provides for them as a driver for their guests. Basically while taking their guests they cancelled the trip and no I have been calling and not feeling their gratefulness that I did not returned their guests but instead dropping them off as initially agreed on the app. On the contrary, unapologetic, ungrateful to having their guests had a great riding experience regardless, even when the guests saw all the drama. Please Amber and Pam, respect more your professional partners who care about your business because us drivers at least me care about yours and your guests.

My only complaint was the lack of hot water. We showered both at 10:30PM and 9:30AM and the water never got more than lukewarm.
