When I mentioned it to the front desk who usually not there to be found, she said oh it was a mistake. When someone is there then there is long line. Attitude of staff felt they were forced to be there or worked for free. Location is fine. Not the best value for money. The rate was 165 per night which you can get more for that in Houston honestly.
