Room was a terrible layout, right next to the loud elevator and the bed is hard as a rock. I didn’t get any sleep and have a big conference today and my back is killing me.

This hotel has made significant changes and drastically declined this year. My husband and I once made this hotel our number one choice when visiting this side of Houston due to the friendly staff, breakfast buffet, and accommodations as Hilton Honors members. Well the only thing that is the same are the friendly staff that we always saw. The hotel has gotta rid of their breakfast buffet, the quality and upkeep of the property was nonexistent, and we weren’t acknowledged as Hilton Honors members nor received an upgrade. Overall, patronize another hotel in the area….this one isn’t worth it.
Also the AC unit sounded like a motorcycle revving up its engine….a terrible night of sleep🥴

In town for a concert, we stayed the night at Hilton Houston Westchase, on 10/17/25 the hotel is beautiful, service was great bed was comfy but if it wasn't the very loud ac blowing it was the very loud people in the adjoining room that kept me up for most of the night. I understand its hard to control the noise level of other guests however what forced me to give you 3 stars is the ability to hear the adjacent room urinate, someone had a VERY active bladder..It was not what I ever want to pay to have to hear.

Just had a call with the front desk at Hilton. There was an error with my booking. I was extremely upset, as my card was charged for the room but I had no reservation. I got transferred to Justine at the front desk, shewas extremely patient with me and did everything she possibly could do to help, even though I was rude and upset. Her name is Justine Montoya. She is an outstanding asset to the Hilton. Thank you, Justine for being so professional, kind and attentive.
