I believe his name was AIan, as he was extremely unprofessional. From the second I dropped my car off to the second I came back down to pick it up, he was extremely disrespectful. I don’t usually write reviews like this but if Hilton is going to hire people like this atleast train them to be respectful to others, as they are the first face we see as the representation of the hotel.

None. Had to try and take a quick, cold one. Dirty towel with some black stain. Front desk doesn't really seem to answer their phones much. They did offer to try and send an engineer. It's midnight and I need to get at least four hours of sleep after my cold shower, thanks.. Edit: heater didn't work. Tub doesn't drain well. Quite the experience.
