    Worst hotel experience ever. The hotel appeared unclean. Windows and carpets were not maintained, there were fingerprints on glass surfaces, and the leather near the elevators was noticeably dirty. The rocks in front of the elevators were covered in dust. Security concerns: On multiple occasions, I was able to access upper floors without needing to use my room key card. Service delays: I called to request a fork three times and waited approximately 30 minutes, despite asking for directions to retrieve one myself. The shower curtain was stained. The bar area had fruit flies, even at the tables away from the bar. During the last day of my stay, I developed a rash on my face and body, which I suspect may be related to the detergent used on the sheets.

    Really enjoyed my stay. Very relaxed. Decor nice if just a touch dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Super roomy rooms.

    No coffee anywhere in this large of a hotel for business travelers and airlines crews…at 630am on a Saturday morning? You gotta be kidding. Close your doors. Fire the management.

    Hotel means nothing when there is rude night auditor names Horizon. Was not professional and treated people very bad. I came to the hotel to make reservation the night I didn’t have access to the internet on my phone . I asked kindly to use the WiFi or the computer to access my account and make a reservation. The night auditor start to interrogate me with rude gesture . Why you making the reservation and saying it’s Only for the guests and no you only make resevaion with me and why on the 2 am you coming. Nothing to make a reservation at this time. When I asked a manager card . He told me it’s only for the guests. He refused to give me the hotel business card. Mr Horizon not just violates what Hilton stands for but he crossed the line by been very rude and Hilton has no place to this behavior. This is not a motel he owns to talk to people like that. I am very disappointed and horrified of his behavior and gestures.

    I was discriminated the second I walked thru this hotel door the manager Horizon mishandled me as a woman of color he repeatedly told me how he would cancel my reservation,for no apparent reason several times he asked me to show him my reservation which I did then he said he didn’t see it to email the link I did that he tried to stroll past it on the computer I’m like slow down there it is there mind you I paid $500 for 2 days.then I was told that I would be compensated for some of my room fees from another manager I ordered towels they were never brung up but put completed order in system I was supposed to receive drink tickets I never did I was told my parking and breakfast was supposed to be complimentary only to be charged for it when I checked out I’m saying this to say racism is still real
