The room was filthy and outdated, ceiling in bathroom looked like it would crumble and fall if you touched it. Do not order food from the weird lobby restaurant thing. Was the only one that ordered food (salad and sandwich), took 30 minutes of waiting for me to go back and ask them to check, and it was ready they just didn’t check. Also got food poisoning from said sandwich and have been immobile for 2 days. Good business model for the hospital part to have, serve food that sickens its visitors upstairs.

Great hotel. Easy access to Rice University and the med center. There’s a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, but there’s also a great little restaurant inside near the lobby.

This hotel is a solid choice if you are staying near the Texas Medical Center or Rice University. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet which matters after a long day. Beds are genuinely comfortable, the rooms are well laid out, and everything felt properly maintained. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful without feeling forced. The location is the real win here. You are right in the Medical Center with easy access to hospitals, museums, Rice, and downtown Houston. Parking and access were easy which is not always the case in this area. The common areas are welcoming and the overall atmosphere feels calm and professional. As someone who pays close attention to quality and details in my own work as a real estate professional, I appreciate places that simply do what they are supposed to do and do it well. This hotel delivers a comfortable stay, great location, and reliable service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Houston for business, medical visits, or a short stay.

The Hilton is the best hotel we have stayed at near MD Anderson. We have to travel from North AR to Houston 3 times a year to see my husband's Dr. And have stayed at many hotels over the past 3 years. The Hilton is the best. They have a nice parking garage .Rooms are nice and comfortable. They have and onsite restaurant with good food. Even have a Starbucks in the lobby that has Wonderful pastries and snacks. The lobby personnel are extremely helpful and nice. This is our go to Hotel from now on when we go to Houston.
