The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room needs a deep clean (I.e., windows and upholstery) and repairs on the tub and bedroom electrical outlet. Also, breakfast was not complimentary and cost $20 for the most mediocre breakfast of your life.

We were in Houston for an expo and stayed here for 4 nights. Between Joby at the front desk, Ed at the pool bar, and the fella at the lobby bar, we were given a home away from home. The exchange of pleasantries and wholesomeness that came with every interaction made the stay memorable.
Staying here again is an easy choice, solely for the folks on the clock.

The room is definitely outdated for the price. The staff is phenomenal. Hilton should be ashamed to overcharge for this dirty, outdated property. Most people staying here are sick and stay for convenience to the medical centers. The floors are dirty, the bathrooms are too small, and the mattresses are worn. You can even see the sink spots in the mattresses before you lay down. The shuttle was also late causing us to miss our appointment time. Hilton do better!

Room was clearly not thoroughly cleaned between guests, because at check-in there were multiple pieces of trash on the floor. The walls are thin to the point where conversations in the neighboring room can be clearly heard. The room itself (standard king) was nice but small. There was a sink, but no microwave. AC did not keep the room cool enough. Overall, not the experience I expected. We checked in late and had a medical appointment early the next morning, so we did not contact the front desk about the cleanliness or AC issue. The hotel location is very close to the medical center, which was the primary reason we chose it for.

Stayed at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Houston and had a great customer service experience thanks to Jobie and Kwon. I had an issue with the AC in my room, and they responded quickly and professionally. They communicated clearly, kept me updated, and made sure everything was fully fixed.
Both were friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. It’s always refreshing to see team members who take pride in their work and go the extra mile for guests.
Really appreciate their help — thank you both for the excellent service!
