    Where to begin. Rita W. At front desk was simply the best. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable, informed, patient & proactive. Nothing was a bother. Ricardo, airport shuttle driver, went beyond service. Both are an enormous asset to Marriott North Houston. All staff have been helpful and professional. One of the best Marriott experiences I have had.

    Come here if you want to be disappointed. A black out at the biggest cheer competition of the year. No light no electricity. Hallways were pitch black since the time we arrived we called they said they’d turn it back on and now they keep pushing the time back. No complementary breakfast for this disaster. So disappointed and mad. Do better!

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every aspect of my visit exceeded expectations. The property was spotless, the atmosphere welcoming, and the level of hospitality truly set this location apart. As a Gold member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite, an unexpected touch that made my stay even more special. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every team member I encountered was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Suyapa from the kitchen took wonderful care of my mother and me. Her kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience feel personal and comforting, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Jessie at the bar was fantastic, delivering top tier customer service with a friendly and engaging presence that created a welcoming atmosphere and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Brad at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He handled every question with professionalism and efficiency, making check in seamless and ensuring we felt valued as guests. Carlos in the breakfast area was outstanding during morning service. His attentiveness and positive attitude made the day start perfectly, ensuring everything was fresh, well stocked, and that guests felt well cared for. Cheryl, the manager, was incredibly attentive and present. Her leadership clearly reflects in the team’s performance, and she made sure guests were satisfied while creating an environment where hospitality truly shines. Throughout the entire stay, the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness stood out. It is rare to find a hotel where every interaction feels genuine and thoughtful, but this team achieved exactly that. I can confidently say that this will be my go to hotel every time I visit Houston. Thank you to the entire Hilton Houston North team for delivering such a remarkable experience.     I am writing this review specifically for Michael L.. Simply stating he is a kind man is an understatement. He is an amazing man that has a special light that shines very brightly. He has lived! He has a gift of human interaction. He is so relatable. He interacts with each guest through small conversations. Hilton/Marriott North should recognize him for his efforts. He is the front line of customer service and delivers beyond that! I pray for a special blessing to be bestowed upon this man. I will remember him. If I am blessed to see him, I would love to thank him with a small. Thank Mr. Michael L.. May you receive an overflow in your next season!

    The a/c on the entire 11th floor did not work properly. I asked for another room on another floor and it was adequate. The man that helped me move rooms was extremely helpful and polite. We were also not given the discount for attending a dance competition that we were supposed to get on the first night, I brought this to the attention of staff while asking for a different room and was given the discount without hesitation. I believe his name was David. When we moved rooms we left two coats with a value of hundreds of dollars. When we realized it we went to the front desk and they immediately went to look. They were bagged and labeled with the room number and date. It would have been nice if they had brought them to us but I’m sure this is a very common occurrence and tracking down the owners of lost items in a hotel of this size is not very prudent. We were attending a Streets Dance competition. The hotel was adequate and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
