    I had issues getting picked up from the airport with a scheduled shuttle for a work trip. Jet L. At the front desk did a great job keeping me informed of the shuttles whereabouts and the estimated time. The hotel here is very nice. Rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

    Wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I loved the bathroom, especially the modern, beautiful shower. The location is prime, near main roads, businesses, and the airport. The onsite restaurant is delicious! I had dinner and breakfast there. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating! Thank you Clinton for ensuring I had a pleasant stay!!!

    Hospitable is an understatement! From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was completely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating right from check-in. A special mention to Rosa & Eric at the dining services , who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. I felt like I was dining at a friends home.

    Brian drives a shuttle and was on his break when I approached and asked when the next shuttle would be. We had been waiting an hour and the front desk lady had just lied to our face saying that the last shuttle had just come through the door that we were standing in the whole time. We explained the situation and he apologized for the other shuttle driver not showing up and took us to the airport while he was supposed to be having his break. We had a rough 24hrs trying to get home and Brian was the only kind person who wanted to help.

    I visited your in-house Starbucks (as a resident not a guest) because it was close to the Airport after picking up my son (an US Military Soldier)and at first I thought I wouldn’t be welcomed nor feel comfortable going into the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised and tremendously grateful of the warm welcome [Hello] I received from the 3 ladies working inside; Katelyn, Evelyn and Jennifer were so kind with great smiles and corrected a mistake I made no questions ask and w/out fuss… Thank you ladies for making me and my sons feel welcomed… ~Blessings
