    Do not stay at this hotel and do not book on their website. I was stranded in Houston after midnight. Their website is faulty and let me book a room for one day. When I showed up at the hotel, they told me they had no rooms and I booked for 3 PM to 4 PM that day. I had zero nights on my reservation. How is that possible? No other hotel in the Houston area allowed me to book online, because websites don’t usually allow you to do this. I called the hotel. I tried to dispute this with American Express, and I was still billed for this room that was not available. I have tried so many times to get in touch with their leadership. I have reached out to Hilton itself. As a diamond member this is absolutely ridiculous. I had to stay at another hotel and pay $110 for a room that literally did not exist. This is robbery. The staff was completely unprofessional, and I was never able to get to a manager. In retrospect, I should’ve just slept in their lobby, but instead I went to a much nicer hotel downtown, who was very kind.

    Brad is amazing! After our airline canceled our flight, we were sent to Comfort Suites.. and left immediately because the hotel was so nasty. By the time we arrived here, we were drained from a long day of nonstop issues. Brad was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to turning our day around. He went out of his way to make sure my husband and I finally had a positive, comfortable experience. It was exactly what we needed after everything we had been through.

    The main issue was the lack of hot water in our room. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done other than noting the issue (not even an apology or an offer to provide facilities for a warm shower). It wasn’t fixed and taking cold showers is a horrible way to start the day for a family with young children. The second issue is that we upgraded to a suite because of our children, only to find that regular rooms offer a sofa bed and suites do not - we ended up being one bed short. Third issue is that they upcharged us. The charge for the suite upgrade was billed at twice the amount as quoted at the time of booking. As an aside, the hallways to the rooms feel like something out of Twilight Zone. We generally like Hilton, but felt like we struck out on this hotel.

    FYI the shuttle from the airport takes a ridiculous amount of time to get there!!!! I waited over 50 minutes to get picked up. And this was after calling and speaking with someone at the front desk that informed me that the shuttle should be there in 15-minutes. In which case one did come as a rolling stop (shuttle 2501 I think was the number). In which case I called again and informed the desk staff that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes at the that point. He did apologize for the delay and said he would guarantee that I'll be on the next one. In which case I was. If I could have filed Uber on my expense report I would have definitely done that to avoid the long wait for a hotel that's not that far from the airport. The front desk staff was very welcoming the rooms were clean. There is a restaurant on site.

    Upon arrival the genlteman working checkin was rude. According to my itinerary, all fees and stay was all included. No deposit or incidental cards were to be needed as stated on the reservation the gentleman working at the counter said no this is not our policy. I was said incidentals were covered as it states here he said no that is not our policy and refused to budge. Our me even look at my itinerary so this left me very unsatisfied. I would not recommend this this hotel due to the treatment we received from the staff or should I save the check in associate
