  Three nights - no one ever cleaned our rooms. Completely unacceptable. All the front desk would do is say they were unhappy too. Loud - neighbors were rowdy all night and the walls were so thin they may as well have been in our room. No counter space in bathroom

  I have been staying at this property annually for 25 years but it has recently become about the worst in the entire Hilton family. The room had no hot water, the bathroom was in deplorable condition, and despite promises, the staff did nothing to address the issue. Upon checkout, Ms. Patel promised a refund. She has ignored three phone calls and I was charged the full amount. Hilton quality has been declining nationwide for several years and this property is leading the way. I believe I hear Marriott calling...but I am finished with the Garden Inn Willowbrook. Too bad. It costs a lot to get a new customer so I should think you wouldn't so easily let a Hilton Diamond member walk out the door. Save your money and stay away!

  The worst hotel I've been to, they never cleaned my room, the water to bathe was cold, the person who was on the night shift was very rude and with a bad attitude they broke the window of my truck at night they didn't offer security very bad experience

  I will never stay here or recommend it again. When I check in I went to the room and it was stains on the bed and hair still in the shower. Upon checking out the charge me $50.00 for early check in but the app says $25.00. Had a random charge on my credit card from them and they did nothing about it. To say this is a Hilton property I’m very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

  This hotel fully lives up to expectations of a Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, fully functional and appeared well maintained. Service was good when I interacted with the hotel staff. Location is close to restaurants and other activities. There is no pool anymore but the area was well renovated to be a nice outdoor patio. Would not hesitate staying there again.
