    Let’s get to it! Starting with the front desk, Haleema 10/10… Runs an excellent front end with customer service at the helm, again 10/10 and her smile lights up a room!! Shay is the Jack/Queen of all trades gives great, consistent energy and keeps you in a great mood while making sure you’re taken care of. Hilton, this is probably the best staff I’ve experienced. 10/10

    This hotel is back to being one of my favorite places to stay. The updates on the rooms are amazing and I was so happy to see all the regular smiling faces greeting me when I came in. Well done 👏👏👏

    This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my travels. If you decide to stay here, make sure you pull the covers all the back to make sure you don’t discover anything “extra” in your bed. I suppose someone had been eating rice prior to my stay as I found some in the sheets along with a lot of short and long hairs…not all from the north of the waist. Floors were filthy as well. Do not recommend staying here for any price.

    When you walk into the hotel, it looks great and smells amazing. The rooms look nice, my biggest set back was the bathroom. The it soap scum and whatever the gunk stuff is call around the faucets in the shower and sink and the toilet has that dirty ring in it, very yuck especially when at first glance looks so nice. Also, they need to replace the pillows just absolutely horrible. Completely flat, and that’s lying on two pillows. It’s so unfortunate because really looks nice but the care to keeping it that way is not there.

    We stayed three nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Willowbrook and were disappointed by multiple service and maintenance issues that significantly impacted our stay. Only one of the two elevators was operational, and the working elevator sounded and felt as though it was close to breaking down, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Our room was not properly stocked upon arrival, as there was no regular coffee available—only decaf and tea. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room at any point during our stay. Trash was never removed, coffee supplies were not replenished, and fresh towels were not provided. Breakfast options were very limited and overpriced for what was offered. There was also no ice available on our floor, adding further inconvenience. While the evening bartenders were pleasant and the fitness center had adequate equipment, these positives did not outweigh the overall lack of service and attention to basic hotel standards. This experience did not meet expectations for a Hilton property. We prefer hotels that offer a continental breakfast and provide fresh water and coffee in the lobby. Due to these issues, we will not be choosing this hotel again.
