Absolutely the worst stay at any hotel for quite some time. Options are slim in the area, but this Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely filthy and had only lukewarm water! The rooms were dark and rundown, and the shower temperatures were so cold we left a day early.
See dirty bathroom and water damaged ceilings and walls. Very run down and filthy!
As for amenities, we didn't use them, but another guest who we commiserated with over the unacceptable shower temps told us the hotel also had no full bar, which seems typical usually for a Hilton Garden Inn.
All in all, this place feels like a Motel 6. Hampton Inns are usually cleaner and better than this Hilton Garden Inn.

Horrible two night stay with old, flat pillows. My entire body hurts. Never will I stay here again. This is beyond unacceptable.

i was there on Saturday 10/18 during the morning hours and was being attended by a young Mexican girl with a white bow in her hair. This young woman was rude and not very pleasant to work with. She acted like she didn't know where anything was, rolled her eyes after every questions like it bothered her to answer any questions, she had an all round I don't care attitude. if you work in hospitality you are working with people, a people type person with a smile and willingness to help is what people who work in the hospitality industry. Keep in mind front desk give the first impression. I wasn't pleased, find someone who is willing to WANT to work with people. It's obvious she doesn't like her job.
