  We had two reservations, and the second reservation was even an upgrade from the original room I booked. On Friday, the front desk assured us we would be able to stay in the same room for our entire stay. However, on Sunday morning we were suddenly told we had to check out because the room was no longer available. We hadn’t even gotten ready since we were under the impression we didn’t need to move. When I explained that we were told on Friday we could remain in the same room, the front desk response was, “Well that was Friday, now we’re overbooked.” The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Being overbooked is one thing, but honoring what was promised, or at least handling the situation with accountability and courtesy, would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience was very frustrating.

  Horrible customer service. Cannot seem to fix elevator sound issues. Extremely high bar drink costs. Cannot get basic Netflix on tv. Employees cannot speak English. Don't stay here!@

  Been staying here since December 27,2025 due to work and Hotel was close to job. They were charging our credit card and to our rooms for our meals after we pay for it with our card !! We extend our stay every week and our check out was 2/10/26 instead of them seeing if we wanted another room they booked our room while we was still in it.

  Best experience as a Hilton team member staying at this location while visiting Houston. The employees are professional and the lobby was welcoming. I loved the breakfast and also the fact they had free laundry machines. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I had a perfect sunrise view. I'm happy I chose this location and my self and family enjoyed our stay. The gym is also nice. Thanks!

  This is the perfect location if youre coming in for the medical center, NRG, Zoo/Hermann Park or just visiting Houston but perfer a quiter less choatic area. Its at the very far corner of the med center while also being about five minutes from NRG. Its quieter and the streets are much wider, making it more comfortable to get to than the dense Med center or NRG area. They have a shuttle that will take you to those places too. Hermann Park (and the trails that take you to the zoo, golf course, Japanese Garden) you just have to cross one street & you are at the trails to those places. I had a very pleasant stay and it was clean, quiet & comfortable. Subway sandwhich shop is right next door. Perfect spot to get a good night's rest. Really enjoyed my stay during the "winter storm" we had! 😄
