Noone is never on the same page at this hotel when it comes to shuttle. Go to catch shuttle to airport for work. They leave every 30min. Didn't make it down for the 12pm so I still came down to wait at 1230 and see that she never left the time is 1205!!! Asked if I can get a ride but she's not available. I can see if the van had left for 12 but it's still here and not busy. One worker told me if it was in-between the time of their normally departure and not busy they are able to do drops if it makes since etc. If I had came down at 1159 would she still not be available for the 12pm departure? They also only go within 1mile to take you to store or get food. But they pick the place to take you vs you picking the food within the same distance as the place on their little paper. House keeping kept putting my Bible and ice tray under the cabinet when cleaning and left as of she had a problem with the Bible. Not to mention the critter found. The staff is nice but not all on the same page which makes things annoying.

It's not really anything special. Rooms are nice, but nothing more. Staff was friendly, but the area isn't the best, but close to the airport and one of the best in the area. *Also, they make you pay $13 extra a night for parking

At first glance, the room appears clean, but the building is clearly showing its age. The air-conditioner vent has visible moisture and mold. The shower is pretty gross in hard-to-reach areas, the showerhead leaks, and it has low water pressure—likely due to hard water buildup clogging it. Wallpaper is peeling from moisture. Breakfast is decent, but unlike some comparable hotels in this price range, it’s not complimentary. I wouldn’t recommend eating dinner here. The menu features frozen-patty burgers and overpriced protein entrées that don’t justify the cost. Theres a lot broken glass on the patio and an open junction box in the lobby. Its not toddler safe. So be careful with you little ones. The staff, however, are outstanding and truly hold this place together. Every employee I encountered greeted me warmly and was genuinely helpful.

Worst breakfast I have ever had. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. You couldn’t even bite it. Same with their sausage links. I tried the pepper on three tables. They were all empty. I ran my bread through their toaster twice, and it was barely warm when it came out. I would like a refund because your breakfast wasn’t worth two cents.

Just stayed at this Hilton for wedding and it was great start to finish! It’s 5 minutes from the airport, has a free shuttle & easy to communicate to the hotel from the app! It was also very nice on the inside, had a bar/restaurant offering food pretty much all day until 10pm because since it’s so close to the airport there isn’t much around but a gas station to walk to. I would say it’s about a 20 minute drive or more to get to most places in the area too. Rooms were clean and service was excellent! Russel at the front desk was so personable and helpful from the day we checked in, to the day we checked out! Also left a shopping bag in my room & called the front desk during his shift & he made sure to have the staff retrieve it & helped me to arrange to have the items returned! Excellent stay & really enjoyed my stay!
