  Great location right next to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed there twice in the last two weeks. Rooms are small but pretty comfortable. Breakfast is not included unless you purchase a breakfast package although you can get coffee for free. One thing to watch out for is timing of the shuttle. Be sure you get on the list for what time you want to take the shuttle. It is supposed to run on the hour and half-hour, but if you don't sign up (when leaving the hotel) there may not be a driver. Would stay here again for sure.

  Great experience. Spacious room. Great customer service. Located near Hobby airport. Will definitely go back. Also they have a shuttle that can take you to airport and nearby restaurants. Thank you to the lady driver that drove us to the airport.

  🚨 ALERT: Birthday Celebration Turned Roach Nightmare — THINK TWICE Before Staying Here! 🚨 What was supposed to be a fun family-and-friends birthday celebration quickly turned into a roach motel experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hobby Airport on Monroe Boulevard, Houston, Texas. Imagine stepping into the shower only to be greeted by a roach crawling around the bathroom. Disgusting, disappointing, and completely unacceptable—especially from a hotel carrying the Hilton name. Who wants to shower like that? We immediately notified hotel staff and followed up with emails to corporate. The response? Apathy. No real concern, no meaningful resolution—just a sense that this is somehow normal business practice. It’s not. This place needs to be fumigated ASAP. Cleanliness and guest safety should be non-negotiable, and this stay fell far below even basic standards. Anyone thinking of staying here should seriously think twice. A birthday celebration shouldn’t come with unwanted pests and indifference.

  Hilton member since 2005??? Didn't see there is a charge for parking. Arriving about 1230 at night my flt leaves at 0800. It was a surprise. 3rd party in charge of parking gives no discretion to management to comp the fee. ...No hair dryer ...Shower was disappointing lower pressure and not as hot as other hilton properties. ...TV was difficult to get to the channels desired. Very easy to get to the $24.99 pay per view movies. Previous night at another property easy to get to Pluto and HBO. ...Front desk Lady at check-in was very pleasant and apologetic(parking).checkout lady took notes to what I pointed out. ...beware early check-in will cost you $25. Just pointing it out didn't effect my stay

  We chose this hotel because we could pay extra and leave our vehicle there and the shuttle bus would take us to the airport and pick us up. The rooms were great and the shuttle bus to the airport was great but when we got back we called for the shuttle bus and they said go to zone 3 section 14 and someone would be there. We waited at that spot for about 20 minutes then called back because no one had shown up yet. They said he was on his way- another 20 minutes went by and no one came so we called back, they said he was just there and just got back, I confirmed the spot with her and said no one has been here, she stated she would find out what happened and just hung up on me…. So we called right back, a different person answered and said the driver wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t come- why didn’t they just say that from the beginning because now we’ve been sitting there for an hour waiting- ended up just paying for an Uber….. which is crazy bc that’s why we chose that hotel and paid extra for the parking and shuttle!
