    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were supposed to be picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport, but we were not. We sat for over an hour waiting and finally called an Uber. In our room, our shower had hair in it, the shower curtain had stains on it, our bed had grass specs and sand in it, our sheets and covers were worn and torn, elevators had a odd odor/stench. All around it was just gross and grime

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The property looks nice, and Hilton hotels are usually clean and well maintained but this location was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, I found two roaches in my bedroom. I immediately went to the front desk, and the only option offered was to move me to another room. Unfortunately, the new room on a different floor also had food debris and roaches. When I went back downstairs, staff told me that roaches were an ongoing issue throughout the property, yet they said they could not cancel my reservation or check me out. A manager was not available at the time. The next morning, I returned to speak with a manager and was told they were in meetings all morning and would follow up with me. That was Wednesday, it is now Monday, and I have still not heard anything. This experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

    The neighborhood is not great but the hotel was very nice. Typical HGI with food service and nice rooms We took the shuttle to breakfast and they even picked us up. This particular hotel is very close to the airport so it was super convenient.

    I walked in and amanda immediately offered me great assistance and helped me swiftly and promptly on getting my room, the hotel was nice and cozy and don’t get my started on the great breakfast 10/10 would recommend the location especially since it’s so close to downtown and right next to a car rental location!!

    Every one of the staff including front desk, food service, and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, but needed more light sources. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food and service were good.
